God of War...

I never played this one, I only played part II. Sick game. I can't wait to play part III, don't have a PS3 yet.

You can buy the "God of War Collection" on the PS3 when you get one. It contains 1 and 2. I own it, but I would not recommend it to anyone under 18.

The 3rd game is a thousand times more epic. What they've been able to do with the PS3's processing power is astounding.

We have the "God of War" collection, it's amazing. "God of War 3" is a gorgeous game too... It's funny, but this game reminds me of when my son was born... While I was waiting for the OK to go in from the doctor, I watched my son's father play "God of War 2" as a distraction. Then the night after he was born we played the one on the PSP. LoL! How's that for random?

On a somewhat unrelated note, it wasn't until I saw these played that I realized what a blatent rip-off "Dante's Inferno" was of this series.

That would be the Cell processor the PS3 systems use.

Yep, the Cell processor and nVidia graphics chip. God of War 3 is the showcase title of this hardware. I had first heard the visuals of the game described as "a painting that has come to life", and they couldn't have been more right with this analogy. The level of polish and shine is immaculate.

Meh. Diablo 3 will be a million times better.

I really liked the God of War they had on PSP.

I can't wait for Diablo 3! I beat torchlight which was kinda like Diablo and have had no Diablo clone to take it's place for a while.

I played the original Diablo online for a long time [my brother got me hooked on it ehehe].
I was an archer, "Bowmaster" the "PK", and I had every good cheat/hack on there.

Just saw the collection at Blockbuster used and bought it for $20. Fun so far.
