Greetings dear Brain Damage, I am sorry that I have not been in touch as promised but i'm having a real battle with Epnriam on the Two Witnesses thread. So please bear with me on this I will post more. Thank you for taking the time in reading my postsings. I will be in touch soon. I wish I had more time .

Dear Brain Damage, I'm posting all the previous verses of Daniel at the start of this thread, as promised just incase you wish to recheck anything.Then I can get back to completing Daniel and then go through to Revelation and the minor Prophets.

Prophecy Countdown.

Daniel 9: 15. And now, O Lord our God, that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand, and hast gotten thee renown, as at this day; we have sinned, we have done wickedly.

Daniel 9: 16. O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city JERUSALEM, thy HOLY MOUNTAIN: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us.

Daniel 9: 17. Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy SANCTUARY that is desolate, for the Lord’s sake.

Daniel 9: 18. O my God, incline thine ear, and hear; open thine eyes, and behold our desolations, and the city which is called by thy NAME: for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses, but for thy great mercies.

Daniel 9: 19. O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not, for thine own sake, O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.

Daniel 9: 20. And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God for the HOLY MOUNTAIN of my GOD;

Daniel 9: 21. Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man GABRIEL, whom I had seen in the VISION at the BECINNING, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.

Daniel was not told about the seventy years of captivity through a vision or dream. He stated that he had read about it from the Books of Jeremiah.
So the seventy years of captivity for Jerusalem has nothing whatsoever to do with the “time of the end” visions!

Daniel had prayed that the seventy years of captivity would come to an end and that they could all go back home, even though they did not deserve to. He then refers to the angel Gabriel who he mentions as the one he saw in the first vision.

Now, Is Gabriel talking about the 70 year vision? No!
Because Gabriel refers to the vision. “I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.” “therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.”



Dan 9: 22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.

Daniel 9: 23. At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.

Gabriel states how “greatly loved” Daniel is, and as a result he is to be given understanding of the vision. So Gabriel starts talking with Daniel.


Daniel 9: 24. Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Lets have a look at these words very carefully. They must fit into the time of the end period.
They and the city of Jerusalem have only seventy weeks to stop the transgression.
Seventy weeks to END SIN and to make a settlement for their wickedness.
To bring in EVERLASTING RIGHTEOUSNESS and to END SIN, can only happen at the second advent! The seventy week period must fit into the period of the two Witnesses because they are to witness to the Jews, a persuasive argument for the 42 month period that Jerusalem is trampled on by the Gentiles.

“to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.”

Seal up the vision, that has been done.
Anoint the most Holy. What do we do when a king especially The Most Holy, is given His domain? He will be anointed as King. The Lamb has to be found worthy and has to become King in Heaven, to receive His realm and authority at the time of the end. Worthy, worthy is the Lamb.
How does the anointing take place?

These things mentioned can only happen at or very near to “the time of the end.”
The end of sin, that can only happen at the fulfilment of ALL prophecy at the “time of the end” and not before!!
“The time of the end” the “end of time” are different,” the end of time is during Satan’s period of power, but we are told he is to be loosed for a short, after the 1000 years.

Rev 20: 3. And CAST HIM into the BOTTOMLESS PIT, and shut him up, and SET A SEAL UPON HIM, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the THOUSAND years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

Daniel 9: 25. Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

69 weeks from the decree to build Jerusalem until Jesus.



The wall shall be built again does that mean the wall they are putting up now in these troubled times?
The Jews are building a massive wall around Jerusalem, now! About 112 klms long about 72 miles. Also there is a trench that goes with it.

We haven’t had the decree yet to rebuild Jerusalem!
Now this is important “the decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem,” Jerusalem must cop a devastatingly destructive period.

We will get a better understanding of this when we study the Two Witnesses.

Daniel 9: 24. “Know therefore and understand, from the going forth of the commandment to RESTORE AND REBUILD JERUSALEM unto the Messiah the Prince seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the WALL, even in troublous times.”
Well we have the wall going up in times of trouble!
The decrees are not the same, just have a look at the difference .






The visions of Daniel as the Bible clearly states are at the time of the end.

Why does Satan want to sit in the mount of the congregation at the sides of the North?

Psalms 48: 1. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
Psalms 48: 2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

The bad guy, Satan turns up. What does he do?

He sits where he ought not.

After some 62 weeks something causes the Lord to be cut off from His people or have no one. The bad guy, Satan goes to Jerusalem and the Temple and gets away with polluting it, only until the war of desolation is determined.

A time cap is put on him and he knows it!

Rev 12:12. Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a SHORT TIME.

Isaiah 14: 12. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the MOUNT of the CONGREGATION, in the SIDES of the NORTH:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Isaiah 14: 15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

The above is referring to when the angel takes hold of Satan and seals him over in the pit for a thousand years. The same story that we have just mentioned in Revelation 20: 3. earlier.



Isaiah 14: 16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;

Isaiah 14: 17 That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?

62 plus 69 = around 33 months just under 3 years.

Daniel 9: 26. And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

After 62 weeks when Satan causes the desolation of the Temple by being the abomination that causes it and the cutting off of Jesus from His people

This criminal activity will last for a limited time only. The Messiah is cut off from His Temple after 62 weeks! Why? Because someone sits in there who should not. The abomination Causing a desolation of the Temple!


27And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.


Oblation means sacrifice, offering if this is stopped for the Jews it means they are being stopped in putting things right. This morning and evening sacrifice is a recognition of God! The person Satan causes an abomination to spread over the place of the daily. Jesus is cut off, until the end,
The spread of the abomination will only stop when decided upon and poured out on him.

Daniel 10 will follow.

Chapter 10
1. In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a message was revealed to Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar. The message was true, but the appointed time was long; and he understood the message, and had understanding of the vision.


Daniel had visions concerning Nebuchadezzar, Belshazzar and other powerful empires and there leaders. “The time of the end” and “end of time” visions, I find most interesting.
These dreams occurred over quite an extended period of years for Daniel, but the end time prophecy visions never changed in substance.
They were explained from a different perspective for Daniel’s comprehension.
The angel Gabriel had conveyed the intention of heaven, that he Daniel should “understand o son of man.”

Different messengers were used, such as the angels Gabriel then Palmini to explain the vision and location and time number periods involved in detail in Daniel 11 and 12, to come. Then of course, Jesus comes to Daniel to explain certain things.
Daniel was given Visions after which followed enlargements.
This occurred all through Daniel’s writings.


In verse 2 Daniel speaks of “mourning three weeks.” Daniel well nigh understood that the vision was not to be fulfilled, until long into the distant future.
Poor Daniel, how disappointing and distressing to know that the fulfillment of the visions were not to be for many, many years into the far distant “time of the end” and “end of time” period.


He wanted to know everything about the vision, especially the fourth beast most terrible.

There seems to be a HUMAN TIME factor problem, that men can’t seem to handle, even today with prophecy staring us in the face. Even as the pages of Daniel are starting to be turned and are becoming clearer!
With some it’s either too soon or too late or prophecy is ignored.
There have been so many false predictions, I can’t blame them for their cynicism
When the reality of Daniel’s visions begin, there seems there aren’t many wanting to know. Not right away, but they will.



Daniel went off his food.
He just couldn’t handle it!
Was Daniel a man of strong faith?
Of course.
Was Daniel willing to die for his love of God?
Of course!
The time factor and Daniel wanting to know everything but as we see the angels must have noted the effect upon Daniel and he was told, “seal up the Book Daniel.”

When is Jesus returning? This question has been asked countless time, throughout generations.

Luke 12: 35. “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; 36 “and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately. 37 “Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them.

From the old Testaments and New, we see an urgency in the preaching of the Disciples and even John the Baptist who said “repent for the day of the Lord is near.”

Were they wrong? Yes
They were wrong about the time but were right about the event!

In Matt 24: Mark: 13; Luke: 21: The same question is asked “how long?”
“What will the signs of your coming and the end of the world?”
Jesus answers, read Daniel.

There are certain things we don’t tell our children, like how to light matches, they can’t handle the responsibility of it.

Our Father and Jesus are the same with us, not even Jesus is told by the Father, the when time!
How could Jesus tell His followers that they were not quite right about His second advent? It would have broken there hearts.
Jesus does not lie. To Him it is but a short time!
And the Disciples were allowed to convey that fact.

Jesus made us.
He knows us, even better than we know ourselves.
If we knew that He was returning on Friday we would have a great time early in the week then use credit cards to donate lots and lots of money to charities just before His advent.

Now ,,,,,, Come on!

You know what we are like, and so does He!
Remember the rich young man? Give it all up and follow me?

Daniel 10: 2. In those days I, Daniel, was mourning three full weeks.
3 I ate no pleasant food, no meat or wine came into my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.

Daniel was ill, distraught with worry and physically unable to eat. He didn’t even wash for three weeks!

I mean, Man! How depressed was that?
He wanted answers and was left hanging out for three weeks?
What was going on in his mind?

Daniel is standing by the river Tigris (Hebrew Hiddekel) The Tigris like the Euphrates, rises from two principal sources in the Armenian mountains, Its length is reckoned at 1146 miles.

As a matter of interest. Look and see where the garden of Eden was roughly located using the river system in the following verses.

Genesis 2: 8. And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in EDEN; and there he put the man whom he had formed.

Genesis 2: 9. And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Genesis 2: 10. And a RIVER went out of EDEN to water the garden; and from thence it was PARTED, and became into FOUR HEADS.

Genesis 2: 11. The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold;

Genesis 2: 12. And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.

Genesis 2: 13. And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that COMPASSETH the whole land of ETHIOPIA.

Genesis 2: 14. And the name of the third river is HIDDEKEL: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is EUPHRATES.

The human sin problem started in the garden of Eden and I believe, it will end where it started.



Daniel in the following verses, could have been on the banks of the Tigris river on the King’s business, I’m not sure.

On the fourth day of the first month was the time of the vision, only this time it was in the company of others.


Daniel 10: 4. Now on the twenty-fourth day of the first month, as I was by the side of the great river, that is, the Tigris,
5 I lifted my eyes and looked, and behold, a certain man clothed in linen, whose waist was girded with gold of Uphaz!


Daniel 10: 6. His body was like beryl, his face like the appearance of lightning, his eyes like torches of fire, his arms and feet like burnished

bronze in color, and the sound of his words like the voice of a great multitude.


Daniel 10: 7. And I, Daniel, alone saw the vision, for the men who were with me did not see the vision; but a great terror fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.

Daniel 10: 8. Therefore I was left alone when I saw this great vision, and no strength remained in me; for my vigor was turned to frailty in me, and I retained no strength.


Daniel 10: 9. Yet I heard the sound of his words; and while I heard the sound of his words I was in a deep sleep on my face, with my face to the ground.


Daniel 10: 10. Suddenly, a hand touched me, which made me tremble on my knees and on the palms of my hands.

Daniel 10: 11. And he said to me, “O Daniel, man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak to you, and stand upright, for I have now been sent to you.” While he was speaking this word to me, I stood trembling.

Daniel was a most humble man, this is something that is a characteristic loved in heaven, “the humble man.”

When we read how loud boastful unheard of things will be spoken against the Most High, In Daniel by the false prophet, and see the instant reaction of Michael the Great Prince of thy people in Revelation & Daniel.
It really troubles me to see this disrespect coming against our dear Father and Jesus. It’s just stupidity, but there are some folk who are going to side with these characters, just as some of the angels in Heaven!

Daniel 12. 1. And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Now I know that I pull Bible from here and there but the Bible is about The Father, Son and holy Ghost.

God’s Saints, Prophets, and the sin problem in Heaven. How God handles it! and it’s culmination on Earth!
I can’t study from one point.
The jigsaw puzzle needs to be pulled together to see the true picture. From the start through to the end the Bible is sure and true and deep and we are going to dig deep.
Verification over thousands of years by different writers of the prophetic story, some being fulfilled in the Christ, and some to come.
The same story Folks, added to with consistency and harmony, confirms that it was put there by God through men!
We are about to see all “the mystery of God,” unfold in Revelation and Daniel.


Daniel 7: 25. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. 26But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
“He wears out the Saints” try the two Witnesses in Rev 11 they are killed by the beast, that’s how he wears them out.
Daniel 12: 7. And there was war in heaven: MICHAEL AND HIS ANGELS FOUGHT against the DRAGON; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Revelation 12: 7. And there was war in heaven: : MICHAEL AND HIS ANGEL FOUGHT against the DRAGON; and the dragon fought and his angels,

Kicked out of Heaven, The Accuser (Satan) and the beast and evil angels bring the war to Earth.
Revelation 13:5. And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. 6And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven

Michael has had to deal with Satan for a long time!

Jude 9: 9. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, THE LORD REBUKE THEE.
I remember Jesus saying the same thing to Satan, after being tempted by him in the wilderness. The above clearly shows Michael to be Jesus.

Jesus, from memory has about 28 names one of which nobody knows.

Check out Hebrews, there is another name for our Lord!

Hebrews 7: 2. Then Abraham took a tenth of all he had won in the battle and gave it to Melchizedek. His name means “king of justice.” He is also “king of peace” because Salem means “peace.”
3 There is no record of his father or mother or any of his ancestors—NO BEGINNING OR END to his life. He remains a PRIEST FOREVER, RESEMBLING THE SON OF GOD.
I find this interesting.

As stated before God loves a man with, humility as one of His traits.

I state again that Michael does not stand in the court to receive His Kingdom, realm, worthiness, glory, that belongs to the “Lamb,” “The son of David.” “The Son of man” “The second Adam.” Same person different Title, therefore a different responsibility rolled up in one being the son of God, being as God. Being separated, Godness from Godness becoming two but as one.

Complex isn’t it! But that is another study. “claiming back the Adam family deeds.”

Daniel 10: 12.Then he said to me, “Do not fear, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to HUMBLE yourself before your God, your words were heard; and I have come because of your words.

Now we are told that the angel was “withstood” (opposed, defied, confronted,) for twenty one days.

Michael, shows up!!! Fixes the problem.

Maybe the angel was late meeting with Daniel but whatever he gives a reason for being held up for three weeks.

Remember Daniel was sick for three weeks!! I thought it nice and courteous of the angel to explain why he was late and that it was not on purpose that Daniel should suffer for three weeks.

Daniel 10: 13. “But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia.

The next verse is interesting. Remember when I said the Bible is a Jewish Book and about Jews?
Whose people is the angel speaking of in the last days?

Don’t tell me S D As, J W’s or Mormons, sorry Gentiles are not Daniel’s people.

Daniel 10: 14. “Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to YOUR people in the LATTER DAYS, for the vision refers to many days yet to come.”

In plain English, this is what is going to happen to your people Daniel, the Jews at the time of the end!
This does not mean that we as Gentiles, are excluded in any way from the promise of salvation, or the pitfalls of rejection.
But we really do have to stop putting ourselves in the limelight we intrude!

I have heard some Gentile church folk claim, “we are the new Israel,”
Well, How interesting! I say, “what tribe of Israel are you from?”

You see we love the promise of the new Israel ( the new Jerusalem) but not the curse meted out to the old Israel (Jerusalem)!


Daniel 10: 15. “When he had spoken such words to me, I turned my face toward the ground and became speechless.”
Now the penny starts to drop. YOUR PEOPLE. The LATTER DAYS! Daniel’s head turns down to look at the ground, this is body language.
Daniel has nothing to say!

In the next verse the word SUDDENLY is used when somebody, looking like the sons of men touched Daniel’s lips. Daniel recognises Him with the words, “my Lord.”

Daniel 10: 16 And suddenly, one having the likeness of the sons of men touched my lips; then I opened my mouth and spoke, saying to him who stood before me, “My lord, because of the vision my sorrows have overwhelmed me, and I have retained no strength.

There is no doubt that it was the Lord Jesus using another name. Jesus cannot appear with all glory and power it would have been the death of Daniel or any man.
That’s why even Moses, had to look through a crack in the rock, at the back of the Lord and Moses glowed. The Lord separated Himself from us, not because He wanted to but to save us from being killed by HIS glory!
We are the guys that moved away, into sin which cannot survive in the presence of GOD.
When we study the effect on the appearance that sin has on Satan, we should be shocked at how it permeates the very being.

In the garden of Eden the first result of sin was to do what?

Let me give you a clue.

Adam, Where are you? ….. Hiding!
Why? …… From you, Lord…..
What have you done? …… sinned.

Sin causes us to become separated from GOD and that’s a fact folks!

Daniel 10: 17. For how can this servant of MY LORD TALK WITH YOU, MY LORD? As for me, no strength remains in me now, nor is any breath left in me.”

Daniel well nigh new to whom he was speaking. He knew that there was not much he could say to HIM.


Daniel 10: 18. Then again, the one having the LIKENESS OF A MAN touched me and strengthened me.

Daniel 10: 19 And he said, “O man greatly beloved, fear not! Peace be to you; be strong, yes, be strong!” So when he spoke to me I was strengthened, and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.”
This is what in, Jesus faith and the word should do for us all, it should give us strength

In the following verses, Daniel is spoken to from a two titled person, let me explain. The angel Michael speaks as having to fight the prince of Persia. In other words, to see Persia defeated by the Greeks.

20 Then he said, “Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of PERSIA; and when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of GREECE will come.

Now we have the “son of men,” yet to become a reality at His first coming, when He returns to be the “son of man,” “the second Adam,” “the Lamb,” an assumed title of authority, until He actually gains that title in court.

The Lamb being put on trial and found worthy, HIS judgment.

Becoming worthy to open the Book. Daniel, little book closed, Revelation, little Book open!

Daniel 10: 21. “But I will tell you what is noted in the Scripture of Truth. No one upholds me against these, except Michael your prince.

Daniel Chapter 11
When reading Daniel 11. We are taken through some very precise events, political scheming and bad planning. Where wars and the consequences of victory and loss can be clearly seen. Through deception and the use of great wealth, men are hell bent on the control of others. Some simply become drunk with power. The death toll will be staggering! At the helm will be Satan.
The cost of such lunacy is astounding in human terms. The loss of salvation.
Nothing is more important than to try and save men from themselves and their own imaginings. With the truth, which is the testimony of Jesus through prophecy, which can be found by reading what the Bible says. We may not understand it all, there is no shame in that.
The shame is when folk ad to the words in this Book or take them away, therefore changing the intent. Which we are told not to do in Revelation 22:19.

This is why I try to keep going, with the words “read what the Bible says” it is our shield against deception, The Bible is the map book ,,, just read it, that’s all I’m asking.
Daniel 11: 1. Also I in the first year of Darius the Mede, I, stood to confirm and to strengthen him.
Daniel saw the vision during Darius the Mede (an Iraqi). The time of this vision? Is at “the time of the end.” Daniel seeing the vision is set in the first year of Darius.

The modern name for Persia is Iran. The old name, Medo is now named Iraq. There’s going to be four Kings. One however is far richer than the others. This very wealthy king will stir up trouble utilising his massive wealth.
I do not think there is any point, in me repeating obvious events during these verses until I feel some clarification is needed. All I know is there is going to be some dealing going on, and fighting that will seem to go on and on and on. I do know that it involves Iran, Iraq, Syria, Egypt and Israel with a few more neighbouring countries.
Westerners will go right on in to sort this family feud out and when it comes to family feuds, we are best keeping right out of it.
Daniel 11: 1 “Also in the first year of Darius the Mede, I, even I, stood up to confirm and strengthen him.) 2 “And now I will tell you the truth: Behold, three more kings will arise in Persia, and the fourth shall be far richer than them all; by his strength, through his riches, he shall stir up all against the realm of Greece.
The word Greece or Grecia, Greeks was used as a term for non Jewish peoples. Sometimes the word is used as meaning Gentiles or even Westerner.
Persia the old name for modern Iran. We are going to see a leader (king) number four after three earlier leaders arise. His wealth is great indeed. He will pay his way right to the top. He will be a troublesome. He will stir up Greece or Westerners this is the Ram that was pushing in Daniel 8:4. And of course the rough goat attacks the Ram and beats him down.

As previously stated the word Greece or Grecia can mean Westerner and Westerners are now having a problem with the little horn on the ram, Iraq.
Iraq and Iran will become troublesome because a troublesome king is going to come up.
He will start pushing people around to the point of getting other nations angry.

Remember the Ram was pushing and the goat gets really angry in Daniel 8: 2. And I saw in a vision; and it came to pass, when I saw, that I was at Shushan in the palace, which is in the province of Elam; and I saw in a vision, and I was by the river of Ulai.

Prophecy Countdown,,, Where is the river Ulai or Karun?
Iran!
Daniel 8: 3. Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw, and, behold, there stood before the river a ram which had two horns: and the two horns were high; but one was higher than the other, and the higher came up last.

Prophecy Countdown,,,, if the Little horn comes up first which is smaller ( Iraq) than its partner, the larger horn (Iran) what one will be dealt with first?
Iraq is now being dealt with, but what if they get together as Arab brothers Iran and Iraq?

Daniel 8: 4. I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand; but he did according to his will, and became great.
The same location Ulai canal modern name the river Busra in Iran this is the same story only more detail. The Ram as we have studied is IRAN with two horns a small one, Iraq the larger horn being Iran.

Daniel 11: 3 “Then a mighty king shall arise, who shall rule with great dominion, and do according to his will.


Daniel 11: 4 “And when he has arisen, his kingdom shall be broken up and divided toward the four winds of heaven, but not among his posterity nor according to his dominion with which he ruled; for his kingdom shall be uprooted, even for others besides these.

To me if a kingdom is parted four ways, not according to its laws and is not inherited by a king’s bloodline then it is divided four ways by others and of, course that spells defeat for that kingdom Iraq and then Iran. In the mean time the power of the South, will become strong.

Daniel 11: 5 “Also the king of the South shall become strong, as well as one of his princes; and he shall gain power over him and have dominion. His dominion shall be a great dominion.

As I understand it, the power in the south has always been Egypt and the power in the North has always been Syria.
If a power comes from the North and is not Syria it has always been spoken of as a group of nations such as an alliance or as a beast depicting certain emblems used by that country or a combination of countries as we have already studied in earlier chapters of Daniel. I resist speaking of Revelation’s Gog and Magog, Asher and other such places just yet until we can pull it all together using other parts of the Bible, “parallels and patterns a little later.”
A woman is going to be used by the southern power (Egypt) and
join the king or leader in the North (Syria). Whatever, the alliance, it ends.

Daniel 11: 6 “And at the end of some years they shall join forces, for the daughter of the king of the South shall go to the king of the North to make an agreement; but she shall not retain the power of her authority, and neither he nor his authority shall

stand; but she shall be given up, with those who brought her, and with him who begot her, and with him who strengthened her in those times.

P. C. comment,, Whoever organises this scheme will go the same way as she and her husband, out the door!

Daniel 11: 7 “But from a branch of her roots one shall arise in his place, who shall come with an army, enter the fortress of the king of the North, and deal with them and prevail.

P.C. comments Blood is thicker than water and a family member of the queen will react and go straight into Syria and sort them all out! What we have is prophecy being fulfilled, We have trouble in Iran, Iraq, Egypt and Syria. Everyone is fighting everyone!
I ask Why? I will tell you straight from the Bible at a later stage of this study and it was a real eye opener for me I was shocked by the detail of the Book! It all made sense.
Of course when battles are won the country gives up all it’s wealth to the enemy, it’s just a fact of war and of course prisoners are taken. This kingdom will last longer than the one it took over.
Daniel 11: 8. “And he shall also carry their gods captive to Egypt, with their princes and their precious articles of silver and gold; and he shall continue more years than the king of the North.

P. C. comments,, The King of the North (Syria) will also go to the south (Egypt), however he returns to his own country.
But, the king of the North’s offspring will muster support and an army and the king returning will stir up trouble.

Daniel 11: 9 “Also the king of the North shall come to the kingdom of the king of the South, but shall return to his own land.
Daniel 11: 10 “However his sons shall stir up strife, and assemble a multitude of great forces; and one shall certainly come and overwhelm and pass through; then he shall return to his fortress and stir up strife.
P.C. comment,, The King of the South gets really angry at this and hammers the king of the North. But the northern kingdom loses and the King of the South takes it out on people by killing thousands if not more.

Daniel 11:11 “And the king of the South shall be moved with rage, and go out and fight with him, with the king of the North, who shall muster a great multitude; but the multitude shall be given into the hand of his enemy.

Daniel 11: 12. “When he has taken away the multitude, his heart will be lifted up; and he will cast down tens of thousands, but he will not prevail.

P. C. comment,, relief for the King of the South the threat from the North has been dealt with,,, so he thinks!

Daniel 11: 13. “For the king of the North will return and muster a multitude greater than the former, and shall certainly come at the end of some years with a great army and much equipment. Daniel 11:14. “Now in those times many shall rise up against the king of the South. Also, violent men of your people shall exalt themselves in fulfillment of the vision, but they shall fall.

Prophecy Countdown,, Before we go any further I want to explain something in my own words starting from the following verse of Genesis. I said that I would explain why these folk the Arabs are always fighting each other and everyone!

Genesis 11:30. But Sarai was barren; she had no child.

P C.,,, Now if you wish you can read the Bible as we go through the story but I would like to use my own words to save a little time.
Sarai really wanted children-she thought to be childless was a curse from God, and it was considered to be so in her society.
Once in desperation, she insisted that Abram father children by her Egyptian slave Hagar an (Egyptian). What a problem that turned out to be!
It’s a horrible experience, having quarrels, distrust, envy and hatred in ones family their own children fighting, and even killing one another.

In a sense, Ishmael Abram’s son by Hagar) should have been heir, but Abram’s wife received visitors from a far country who insisted that she would yet have a flesh and blood son of her own, and that he would be their lawful heir. Ishmael (and Hagar) would receive blessings, but “Hagar was an Egyptian slave.” They said, and Ishmael, the son of a bond woman, could not own the birthright-it could only be given to a “free” (full blooded) son through Sarai.

The visitors returned. Abraham complained that he had no lawful heir, and unless a miracle occurred, this Eliezer (great idol mighty one of Damascus)A SYRIAN, Abram’s first servant, would fall heir to all he possessed.

These visitors promised him again that he and Sarai would have a son of their own, a lawful heir. they just laughed! Both Abram and Sarah laughed. As a matter of fact, Sarai and Abram told these visitors that if they had a child, the son that they were promised, iwould be such an impossibility at their ages (he was 99; Sarai was 90),
Such a miracle, that they could only name the son laughter! (Isaac). His birth would surely bring joy to this Canaan land! I guess you might say his birth would bring joy to the whole world!

Sarai became pregnant. They immediately changed their names (to Abraham = father of a multitude and Sarah = A princess; noble lady) and Isaac was born. What a son! What a joy! Ishmael was a jealous son, but Isaac always kept a pure spirit.


P. C. And yes Ishmael (the son from Hagar the bond women) whose son Ishmael God called a “wild man a fighter of everyone.” Abraham’s son wanted to fight everyone in Abraham’s house.

Genesis 16:10. And the angel of the LORD said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
P C “The angel of the Lord” must be Jesus because Jesus is the only Creator and if “the angel of the Lord” said “I will multiply thy seed exceedingly” then the “I” must be Jesus who has the name “angel of the Lord.”
Why does Jesus appear as an Angel of the Lord?
Exodus 33:20. But you may not look directly at my face, for no one may see me and live.
Genesis 16:11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because THE LORD hath heard thy affliction.

Genesis 16:12 And he will be a WILD MAN; his hand will be AGAINST EVERY MAN, and every man’s hand AGAINST HIM; and he shall DWELL in the PRESENCE of all his BRETHREN.
Just like the family war in heaven, Lucifer, the angel of the morning (first created). He and his angels fought.

Prophecy Countdown,,, To this day the Islamic nations 1200 million of them the offspring family nations of Ishmael living round about one another, still want the birthright to which they are not entitled and they are called to this day, wild men. IT IS IN THEIR GENES. They fight everyone, even amongst themselves!

Eliezer a SYRIAN slave could have inherited Abraham’s inheritance.
