Chronological order, but forget the Prequels which are nothing but a money scam, and they "REEK"!

My daughter in another state and I read the entire 12-volume set together, borrowing the books from the library. After being very 'antsy' after reading the first book and not having any others to begin,we put reserves on the rest, 3 books at a time!

I would not advise reading them back-to-back without a break as we did, however, unless you don't mind very strange dreams(me) or even nightmares(my daughter),LOL!

Loved the books, can't stand the horrible movies.

I got the first 8 books in one set, and read them all back-to-back. Each book that came out after that, when the new book came out, I would start back at book 1, read back-to-back, 'til I've read the new book. That is how I read the prequels (which I liked), only when "Kingdom Come" came out, I started with the prequels.

Any time I read any series of books, I read them back-to-back.

They've never given me strange dreams or nightmares, and I've recommended the books - ALL of them - to a whole lot of people.

For the FIRST time, I would say Main series first (from "Left Behind" to "Kingdom Come") then the Prequel ("The Rising", "The Regime", The Rapture"). Any subsequent times, in chronological order.

Wow really, you didn't even dream that you were part of the Tribulation Force, trying to find the others?

I usually always dream of book series I am reading,LOL!

Anyway, The Left Behind series is great

Daydream, maybe...but it's rare when something I read encroaches on my dreams. My dreams are usually quite independent animals...which is a good thing, as I love horror movies. :D Yesterday my WH & I watched "28 Days Later" and "28 Weeks Later" (our daughters were spending the day with their grandparents), and I dreamed about...shopping with my older daughter.

AAAaaaaanywayz...

Be warned (I won't put in any spoilers) that there are a couple of very small continuity errors in the prequel, and if you're a stickler for the little details it may bug you...I chose to overlook them. ;)
