we both work full time, however I am on-call 24/7 if my company needs me to be. Never does a day go by without me doing at least some work.

I do all the "cleaning" - meaning mopping, sweeping, dusting, vaccuuming, scrubbing toilets, laundrey, etc.

He picks up trash, or clutter and does the dishes.

I take care of paying all the bills and manage the money.

He works full-time and brings in the majority of the money, where all of our daily expenses come out of..
I work part-time and all my money is thrown into a savings account to pay for our down-payment.
I take care of the house and do all the cleaning and cooking.
He takes care of the finances, bills, car care and general "out-side" stuff.
The only exception is that he does the garbage, clean the kitty litter and squishes all the bugs. :D

It works out well and I am very happy. :)

We both work full time, so honestly none of it gets done as often as we'd like. But we split what we do manage.

I do most of the cooking because I like it and am better at it. He does most of the dishes. I tend to do more vacuuming and dusting, and he tends to clean the bathrooms. We each take care of our own laundry.

In a few years we'll be able to afford for me to stay home, and at that point I'll take care of it all.

Finances: this has been an area of contention for us. For a while he took care of it all, but he's not...oh, let's call it "careful" as I'd like. So now we have three accounts--his, mine, and the household account. We've set clear boundaries for what the household account can be used for, and automated all the bills. That account pretty much runs itself, and has removed discord.

He works fulltime outside the home, I work at home. I do most of the housework since I'm at home anyway. He does the garbage and the lawn and he helps me with the dishes and with vacuuming. I do all the gardening and the cooking as I'm much better at it. I do the finances most of the time. There's no spiritual leader, and the cats are the heads of the household. ;)

I'm learning this too. We added a cat to our 4 dogs. She is growing and asserting intense psychological manipulation techniques that, if done on humans by humans would result in life imprisonment.

As for labor...well wife had it when we had kids...I was little help

I don't think we have a specific division of labour except for gardening - that seems to be my job (but I enjoy it). In-house chores are probably more by my wife, particularly laundry, but she is currently at home. I've been doing a fair bit lately since she's late in pregnancy so some things are just not that easy for her.

We're both students right now but I may be quitting school (too stressful.) I handle the book keeping but I am chronically fatigued so I can't do much else. When we're not eating off meal plans, he cooks/cleans/runs errands. Mostly I give him emotional support as well as other... stuff. It works for us.
