Are you not blessed?

Very much so. Since April 4th, every Sunday at our church we have seen new people. Every week that sick people come they are healed. I love being in God's will.

Is the persecution and tribulation over all of these things not a blessing from GOD in your life?

It doesn't bother me. Doesn't mean I cannot have a discussion about it in a discussion forum. Doesn't mean that the immaturity of some Christians isn't sad.

In the last month, I have handed out 10000 tracts. Only three people were rude to me out of 10000. All three of them were by their own admission Christians. Doesn't bother me, but I can discuss it in a discussion forum. It's interesting, it's part of life. You might share some experiences and we could have a discussion rather than you trying to impute some motive to me that I just don't have.

If it isn't (and you don't seem to be too happy at the moment), then maybe you've veered from the path without knowledge.

I seem sad so logically I have veered from the path and haven't noticed.

There is so much wrong with your logic, it is frightening.

Firstly I am not sad, so why I seem sad says something more about you than it does about me. Secondly, why not engage with what I am saying rather than what you think I feel. It's all part of the game, Arbiter, that if you cannot deal with the argument you create a meta-argument based on why you think someone is putting forth an argument. Dawkins is especially good at it, but you are having a good go here.

If you are correctly in the will of GOD with power, then there is nothing for you to ever worry about from mankind, whatsoever, so I don't know why you would be on this website or another complaining about other Christians like you do.

Who's worried? Lol! I just hope some people see the light.

Persecution and tribulation come with the territory my man, get used to it.

Indeed they do.

The "waterless clouds" of Jude are not 'fault finders'. Rather its a term for false teachers. These people here are the "waterless clouds":
For certain people have crept in unnoticed who long ago were designated for this condemnation, ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Jude 1:4

Yet in like manner these people also, relying on their dreams, defile the flesh, reject authority, and blaspheme the glorious ones.
Jude 1:8

These are grumblers, malcontents, following their own sinful desires; they are loud-mouthed boasters, showing favoritism to gain advantage.
Jude 1:16

If you read the NIV, you would know verse 16 there reads:

These men are grumblers and faultfinders; they follow their own evil desires; they boast about themselves and flatter others for their own advantage.

What you seem to be oblivious to is that the ones who go around finding fault with all the different ministries: they are the false teachers.

Unless of course, you intended to label 'fault finders' in this manner, because I got to tell you, your little rant firmly puts you in the 'fault finder' camp against 'fault finder' ministries, especially with the personal attacks in their character and motivations.

Not quite sure how my post could constitute a rant. Are you also trying to avoid dealing with what I actually said by focussing on why you think I said it? You can deal with what I said, or you can not. But don't try and impugn my motives and reasons for saying it.

Not sure how you think I could be the one making personal attacks either when I didn't mention persons! I made general comments like people who don't see the sick healed and set people free shouldn't attack those who do. Correction should be part of a family and part of an ongoing discipleship not the main focus of a ministry.

Now I don't think you can deal with those comments. I don't think you could respond to them Biblically because they are true. So you re-invent them, label them a rant and label them character attacks. It's clever, and it's good debating, but it doesn't change what I said or refute it at all.

Maybe I am wrong, maybe you can show me from Scripture where Paul preached whole sermons on different preachers and their faults. But I read that he went around preaching the gospel, and made corrections as people denied and distorted the gospel of grace and healing and miracles. I also see him writing to the Galatians because he founded the Galatians. I don't see him writing to the Jerusalemians.

Blessings,
Ben

If you are doing the will of GOD, no one on the outside will make a difference to you, but it is obvious that they are affecting you.

You've chosen the field you desire to trod around in, and that field is very tainted by those who came before, so deal with it instead of complaining and fault finding with folks on here.

We don't measure ministries by
the size of their glass cathedral...

the pharisees had the temple,
the early church met in homes and in fields...
Jesus had not where to lay His head (no home,
no bed)
Jesus had Peter use half the money
from the fish's mouth to pay His temple
tax...
Jesus taught that our emphasis should
be on spiritual blessings, not earthly
treasures...

The song in discussion
speaks of ministries that
emphasize incorrectly...

folks here come from a variety
of church situations...
so, there are some here
in opposition to that message of
this song..
and others of us have seen so much
abuse in ministries, we see what
the writer is speaking of...

the ministries even in the early
church had abuses...
Diotrephes, Nicolas, Simon magus,
Cerinthus, ...

John went to the same 'bath house'
in Ephesus that Cerinthus visited...
one day, according to early church
history, John arrived and was
told that Cerinthus was inside...
John immediately decided the bath
could wait, and said...
"I will not enter, lest the Lord
bring the roof down on his head...'

Pretty tough talk about a 'heretic'
of the early church...
would have gotten criticism by
some on this board... if one of us
said that about a 'heretic' of today...
LOL

Church history says that Peter often
visited sites after Simon magus was
there, to counter Simon magus' teachings...
one day in Rome,
Simon magus told the crowd that
he could ascend into the heavens as had
Jesus... so, (by demonic power) he began to
do so, and was 'floating around above
the crowd...
Peter came by, and saw it,
and began to pray for God to rebuke
the demonic power...
Simon magus fell to his death...
his followers waited there 3 days,
for Simon magus had told them
that if he died, he would be back
in three days alive, to prove himself
as powerful as Jesus...
he did not arise... a statue is still
there in Rome to 'Simon' near the river
where this happened...

even after proofs of error in heretics,
many still follow and trust their words..

today we see abuses in doctrine,
far from Biblical,
fake miracles, fleecing of a congregation
with un-Scriptural promises..
etc...
and this song in discussion speaks of those

You've responded to me twice now, Arbiter.

Therefore by your standards of judgment, I am making a difference to you.

So tell me when you left God's will, because by your own standards that's what's happened?

On the other hand, we could discuss the ISSUES rather than your (incorrect) pop-psychology assessment of my motives.

Sorry, I'm not the one complaining about situations lol, try again.
