This should not take long
Ayn K'Loheynu, (is a poor transliteration of the title to a Hebrew song) - here is a wikipedia link, there is a link at the bottom of the wikipedia page to an mp3 version, but it is not as
nice as the version we sing along too.
Zak has now started school, he's in reception class at the minute. He is five years and six months. He has bags of energy and this is not an exaggeration. People at our congregation wonder how we manage with him as he only has three speed settings, stop, fast and ridiculous. He, like most other little boys is a dinosaur fanatic. He also upset his class at school by telling them Santa was not real, horrible but funny.
Zoe has started walking. She is now fourteen months old and a lot like her older brother.
Both our children are extremely socialable. When we go to meet with the rest of our church on Sundays, Zak always makes multiple rounds for bread and juice and finishes off whatever is left. It is not unusual to see him run up to whoever is preaching any given week and ask them a question and the best thing is, they do not mind in the slightest. Our congregation is having a small child explosion at the minute which is great.
As for HaYesod, here's a trailers, but I will directly send you the link for it.

Psychiatric nursing is the most awesome job in the world. Looking after everyone in acute phases of things like bipolar disorder (manic depression), schizophrenia, personality disorder and the like. Occasionally I work with people admitted purely for alcohol detox or substance misuse. It is a great job requiring extreme amounts of patience, superlative communication skills and the ability (occasionally) not to get smashed in the head by a chair. Best of all, you get to inject people (just kidding, but it is part of the job from time to time). For you Americans out there, don't believe the negative hype about psychiatry. Rights hands, good tool, wrong hands, lethal!!!
