I dont think there is anything wrong with it.Anymore than if you have a splitting headache and you massage your temples to help elliviate it.

I dont understand why guilt is involved.I mean I can ..but its from some sort of shame attached to you having sexual pressure/desire physically.

Bottom line is you arent hurting anybody..And I can not see how that would offend God anymore than if you rub your eye if its itching you.
