This is excellent! Good for anyone, and also good as an example of how to go to the Word to meet our need. This is going to the table He has prepared for us.

It is nearly noon and I am praying about the hearing.

Speed reading certainly has its place. I do it to when necessary. Here on my thread am faithful to read all, for that is the LORD's charge to me.

Thank you for your prayers - and I would welcome Fall right now. I love Spring and Fall. Not much for Summer or Winter - though Winter isn't bad on not so cold days. I would rather put layers on than be like there any day though - I mean...not to be rude but there is only so far you can go and feel okay if there were to be a fire or something. I am always thinking about stuff like that - so I am forever hot and icky!

Oh, I see you have her covered. I couldn't bear the thought of getting together and our Aussie sister not with us!

A little winter would be welcomed here too.

Very hot lately, if it had not been for a bit of rain for 2-3 days.....

That is why I had to really think about what I was sharing and go back and edit what I noted about my daughter. I believe we have become such an uncensored world online

I do bear this in mind. It is great wisdom and I think this way too. However, I had great peace to say all I did, to share a candid glimpse into the not-so-bright aspects of my life, the mountains that are moving things. It actually took a bit of courage to step up to say them, but that is what the LORD prompted me to do.

I have put pics up for you to see here before, but I take them away after a few hours. If you miss it, you miss it. I have no peace about leaving pics of me or my family here.

, Our situations are very similar with our spouses, I have for a long time known that it is a David and Saul type situation, our spouse,s are kind of a thorn in our flesh, but just like Saul eventually died and David remained loving and faithful, he eventually ascended the throne and became king, well, our spouses flesh is going to die, not phisically, but thier flesh ruling them will eventually be crucified, and they wiil have hearts after God like us!!! :amen:

I began to see a significant change in Tami when I began to confess "He who finds a wife, finds a good thing" in Proverbs, lets pray for a good scripture to confess and stand on for your hubby,all here, if anyone gets one from the Holy Spirit, please share, we are standing with you sweet Cindy, that flesh man will be crucified!!! in Jesus mighty name!!! :amen:

I second all that you have said here!

God often gives a man a wife who leads. I am such a wife. My husband defers to me and the wisdom that God has gifted me with many times. He counts it a blessing in his life, although many people do not comprehend that is God's plan for my man.

I believe that what God speaks through me to him is not unlike what Paul said here in Romans 2:4
Dont you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Cant you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?

Not that my husband is a sinner--he is indeed a saint, but he needs much counsel and much encouragement. It is the kindness of God that he has been joined to me in Christ. I consider it a privilege and I am humbled, as there are strengths in my husband that I lean on with some desperation at times.

LOL - you had better 'up' all those prayers for my hubby then - cause I won't be 'allowed' to go to something like that unltil my hubby is totally on board. One thing I do know however, is that with God ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE, and I know how He works - with Him, things can happen in the blink of an eye....

Funny how we've been 'knit' together - we each have spouses that we are believing for either to come to Christ or to come more fully into the Kingdom.

Well, ya gotta laugh don't ya? Like the Lord told me - it's only a matter of time! Ha ha! They're not gonna know what hit them!

The Lord told me personally, that if I am patient (and I know what He means by patient LOL), then He will make my husband into the man of my dreams - and I am holding Him to that promise LOL!

Hey, I have been confessing Proverbs 18:22 ever since you told us about it - and man you should see the changes around my house! I have included it in my typed out confession that the Lord prompted me to put together. I'm telling ya all - it works! ^_^

I can defintely see a 'softening' up of his heart - and he is more mindful of my feelings and he is showing me more respect than ever before. We are growing together and becoming the one flesh that God desires for married couples. There is a certain peace in our household - it's that peace that most definitely surpasses all understanding, and God has shown me that right now my hubby is wondering and questioning how can it be and where is it all coming from.

Anything else that occurs is quite simply an attack from the enemy, and I know how to deal with those - resist the devil and he will flee. I just ignore it and keep on focusing on Jesus, and truly truly I am walking up there in the clouds with my Lord! It's so amazing! :bow:

Early on, when the Lord started giving me these writings that you know about, He gave me topics about this very thing, and I can remember thinking at the time - WOW - imagine if and when that happens to me! And now it has! The Lord is soooooooo good! There is one that comes to mind called The Lord's Perfection - I might just post it here God willing!

Thanks - I do feel like I am overflowing with the Holy Spirit - even more so than other mornings LOL! ^_^

The Lord has just prompted me I believe to have a 'sing along' with your new song! Hey, the other evening, the Holy Spirit gave me your song into my spirit and I started singing it! Just thought you should know.

You know what? If you look back over the recent years and months - just look how far you've come! If God told you a few years ago, hey you'll be writing songs inspired to you from the Holy Spirit, and some girl from Australia would be singing them in her house lol - you would have been amazed! It's the same for me - if someone had told me years ago, that I would become a born again Christian and that hey God is gonna talk to ya and you're gonna hear Him, and you're gonna not only read the Bible but you're gonna have 2 Bible studies per week, and that I would be writing words on a page that the Holy Spirit is dictating to me and I would put it all on a blog and meet some amazing new Holy Spirit filled friends on the internet and even go to a Holy Spirit filled Charismatic/Pentacostal type church - Say what? I would have either laughed in their faces or I would have passed out on the floor - OR BOTH! ^_^

C, I have printed out your posts so that I can read them throughout the morning. I will go as I'm led with any prayers or words for you. I believe the Lord has given me this scripture for you - it's for all of us, when dealing with our spouses when they are less than loving. You would probably know this one well:

John 13:3-15
3 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God, 4 rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself. 5 After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded. 6 Then He came to Simon Peter. We must all be willing to have an attitude of servitude. This is how many souls are saved and brought into the Kingdom. This is our testomony. This is how it's done. Then and only then can we begin to fufill the requirements of our Lord and that is to love one another unconditionally. In doing this we must sacrifice our 'self-will' and love others just the way that Jesus did - we must lead by example too. I know you know these things - it's a reminder for all of us who live to serve our King! Hallelujah! :bow:

Then He can be happy and proud of us when we finally meet up with Him.

How exciting to be able to say 'Hey hubby, God told me this today so let's do it!' Oh what a joy to be able to share that with our beloved husbands! He may mock me for reading the Bible now, but the Lord showed me that He will be reading it himself one day LOL! Hallelujah and Amen to that! I am also believing that my husband will hear and listen to God's voice himself and be able to one day soon come to me and say 'Hey honey, God told me this!' YIPPEE! What a joy that will be - AND IT WILL HAPPEN!

Here is that writing I mentioned earlier called The Lord's Perfection. I can remember at the time thinking that things were beginning to come together for me back then - but now it's even better! With the Lord in charge, things just keep on getting better and better and better - the sky's the limit!

The Lord’s Perfection

One day, you will get up in the morning to discover that everything in your life has come together to form a beautiful and finished tapestry. This is the Lord’s perfection at work for you in your life. It comes as a result of knowing Him intimately, and from living according to His perfect will for you. This is when the enjoyment of the fruits of your labours begins, and is a time that many people can only dream about! This is when you can sit back and say, Thy kingdom has come, Thy will is being done, in Earth as it is in Heaven! (Refer Matthew 6:10 KJV.)

You will experience Heaven on Earth and you will be a glorious example and an inspiration to those around you. This is where many, many things start to come to fruition. It is a time of celebration for you as you now reap the bounty of His harvest. You have trusted, you have waited, you have lived and breathed God’s word into all of your situations, and you have learned to stand firm in your faith during trails and difficulties.

Some of you may say that it all sounds too good to be true, whilst others may say, ‘well, how do I get there from here?’ As you grow and mature in God’s word, you will find that you come to rely on Him for everything. You will not only live according to His will in your life, but you will come to learn how to apply His word into your everyday situations in order to live out the very best that God has in store for you. Deuteronomy 28:12 AMP says “The Lord shall open to you His good treasury, the heavens, to give you the rain of your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands; and you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.”

Of course there will always be situations around you that will test your faith, but in time you will develop your faith muscles and you will know how to apply it and then stand firm in any event. There are many factors that can hinder your progress, among them being other peoples free will which can inadvertently affect what you are trying to achieve, but if you hold firm and place all your trust in the Lord, He will always work out everything for your good. It is written in Romans 8:28 AMP “We are assured and know that (God being a partner in their labour) all things work together and are (fitting into a plan) for good to and for those who love God and are called according to (His) design and purpose.”

Besides that, as a result of the changes in you, you will begin to see changes in your nearest and dearest, and eventually everyone will be on board! Acts 16:31 NKJV states “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” How good is that!

For those who are just beginning this journey, you will need to start reading God’s word in the Bible and see what it says about your particular situation. Do this with every issue that comes up, even the small things, and you will begin to automatically know what to say and do when presented with any obstacles. It is then just a matter of standing firm, and not losing faith that whatever you hope for will come about!

That’s it! It’s easy when you know how! There is no limit to what can be achieved for you in this life. God is ready and waiting to transform your life from the ordinary to the extraordinary. He did this for me, and He will do it for you too! Praise God!

All glory goes to the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit whom I believe has very generously provided me with these words herein. Praise God! Amen.

PS If you let Him, the Lord will open doors for you that only He can open, and shut the doors to your past, thereby releasing you from the ties that have bound you for so many years! Revelations 3:7 says “This is the message from the one who is holy and true. He has the key that belonged to David, and when he opens a door, no one can close it, and when he closes it, no one can open it.” Amen!

I've just realised too that the PS is the same scripture that was given to Heisgood the other day LOL! Praise God! :clap:

Hey, I was just looking through some old notes, and I came across the messages that I received in the very early days. I was born again 2005/2006, and then some time after I started getting a word or two here and there. Then I started getting whole sentences. 7/8/08 He woke me up one morning at about 3.30 am and told me to get a pen! This is what He gave me:

God is good
God is great
He will move mountains
Just you wait!

LOL how funny is that? Well, I can honestly say He has most definitely moved mountains - He has levelled them all! Praise God!

Here's another of the early messages:

May all your days be joyful and bright
When you follow My ways
You'll step into the light!

Oh how funny - one morning I woke up and God was singing to me that song 'You light up My life!'

Wow just look at this! This is a message my prayer partner gave me back in Aug 08 from the Lord.

'All is well. I am pleased with ------ (LOL), for the good work she's done and is doing. I will replace all that is lost for her. Her way of finding Me has been rocky but now she sees me. I will never abandon or forsake her. She will do great tasks for Me through the Holy Spirit guiding her in truth. Do not fear _____, only believe for I am with you.

Oh, this makes my cry! If only you knew just how far I have come! My life was truly a mess - what you would call dysfunctional in just about every area. I am a new person and when I look back I cannot even relate to the old me or the old life. May this be testimony to all those out there waiting for their dreams to eventuate! He has done it all. He once said to me 'Be ye transformed in mind and spirit to the will of the Lord thy God! He wasn't kidding LOL! Oh praise His mighty name!!!!!! :bow:

I have just remembered my prayer partner telling me ages ago that one day I will be writing some music. That's really funny to me cause I wouldn't have the first clue how! Like with all things, if God wants me to do that, then He will do the doing and I will do the receiving LOL! Whatever Lord - I give it to you for your glory alone! ^_^

I am so filled with the Holy Spirit today - it's sooooooo nice! I haven't done any housework yet - it's raining and cold and I am having a rest day.

My Dad is here playing with my daughter, hence the extra time I have spent on here praise the Lord! Something funny for you - sometimes when I am typing, the Lord says to my heart 'boing boing' and I know He wants me to put that funny dancing icon above! He has a great sense of humour you know!
