Well, even though most of us are actually doing something illegal because other people have illegally posted copyrighted material on the internet, and we are helping promote that by posting embed on CF when we share the illegal copies, you can embed a video on CF simply by finding it on youtube and copy and pasting the web address of the video into one of your posts. Typically that should be all that is needed for it to pop up as a video once you click to submit the post.
My next one isn't illegal, and is hysterical.
"Studio recording of The Axis of Awesome's '4 Chords'. The song that proves that all you need to be a pop star is four simple chords."
(there is unfortunately one F bomb near the end of the song, but the rest of the song is clean, and it really isn't worth pulling just because of one slip).
