Can we leave this un-stickied? I hate having to look in two places for my threads.

IJWTS-It's official. I'm now a Philosophy major! Woo-ha-ha!!!

IJWTS I finally made it home! I have learned my girlfriend has great timing in making phone calls... she always calls right when I need to use the potty. Then I feel bad about being so short in the call, lol. Pretty funny.

IJWTS, I have so much I wish I could say...

IJWTS I am posting from my parents' bathroom. I set up my mother's laptop in here earlier today once it became apparent to me that her friend who is painting our house was not going to stop randomly coming in the room (which had the door CLOSED for a REASON) and telling me about her "psychic visions" and asking me if I believe in God (apparently crying after the death of a loved one is an indication that I do not rather than a normal psychological process called GRIEF).

Thanks, Coachie. I pray every night for peaceful rest and no bad dreams, yet sometimes, they still happen. If it's something God has decided is necessary, for whatever reason, I'm trying to accept it and learn whatever He's trying to teach me. But I still hate it and wish it would stop.

I would have to say that the nightmares are not from God. Just like people born with deformed bodies is not from God. As far as nightmares go, are they about a specific topic or event? Do they seem to have a theme? Sometimes nightmares are just attacks by the enemy to try to destroy us, but sometimes something happened in our past that made us afraid or that we haven't gotten over/dealt with yet that we need to, and until we do, it leaves that emotional wound in us open that gives a spot for the nightmares to come in. Or the devil really could just be hitting you hard because there is something that God wants to do that's big in your life that the devil wants to stop. But the first I would do is really investigate if the nightmares might be tied to a bad experience, and maybe pray and ask God to help you find out if there is a specific situation that is linked to them. If there isn't one, then you might just need a big dose of prayer to give the devil a black eye for being mean to you.

But anyway. I don't like nightmares either.

My buddy just called me from Cabo... he had two time shares in Orlando that he was able to trade for 3 weeks in Cabo per year for the next 100 years! He now has 6 weeks per year in Cabo! He has already informed me that means we will be going to Cabo every year for a long time to come!

I LOVE to travel. I went to Cabo San Lucas earlier this year. I am going to Las Vegas at the end of this month and Santiago Chile at the end of the next month. I hope to take some short camping trips in there as well and hopefully another trip fall break this year!

I want to go anywhere, but my dad is making the plans so it's up to him. He's been looking at a lot of different places... Greece, England/Ireland/Scotland, Alaska, Alaskan cruise, Caribbean cruise, Costa Rica. I dunno though. It's going to be around early July that's all I know.

I REALLY want to go to Egypt. They don't though.

IJWTS - I'm going to a ladies get together at a coffee shop tonight. These are all ladies from my church. Well, my church since I married Nathan in April Anyways, I'm a little bit nervous and hope that I find someone to talk to and that they like me Isn't it funny how no matter how old we get, we still want to be accepted and want people to like us and be our friend
