Those are beautiful, beautiful animals!:kiss: Give them a hug and a kiss for me, OK? :)

BTW, I had a gorgeous light beige tabby cat for 15 and a half years; he died in August 2008. He was adorable, cuddly... I miss him sooo much! :( Oh well...

I love the pictures, any more pets anyone?

This is Smaka - she like to smack her lips when eating :D

He looks all big and squeezable, a good hug buddy.

The canary has an amazing song; here is an example (of course mine is much prettier) :D
Each individual bird has his own song; mine imitates wild birds too!
They really brighten up your day because they are always happy!
We have had zebra finches (very cute but delicate) and parakeets (very noisy); canaries are my favorite bird

Your cats are lovely, and your camera is good too. I stroked a seriously mangey cat this morning, I ended up walking away smelling like a bad fish curry. :o But I couldn't go past that little cat without giving it some effection.

I got the cats from the humane society, and promptly gave them baths because they were so nasty. LOL And...it's the person behind the camera, not the camera that takes good pictures. The camera barely does anything, since I shoot in manual mode. (But it is a good camera. :D)

Wow that Spaniel was a poser. I used to have a Parakeet named Peter. He spoke.
^_^ Everyone thinks that...the truth is she was actually wrapped around a tree and stuck!
After she died, our son photoshopped the picture to erase the lead to turn it into a nice portrait.
Her 'regal' pose was actually GUILT because she knew she messed up, and was looking into our bedroom window waiting for a rescue :p

Wow that Spaniel was a poser. I used to have a Parakeet named Peter. He spoke.

Our first parakeet spoke...in fact he imitated the 3 of us (Jim, myself and our young daughter at the time)...he would quote us in exactly the pitch of each voice, a repeat what each of us normally said to him in greeting each day.
It was a riot, because we held Charismatic Prayer meetings in our Home back in the 70's, and during the time for silent prayer he would start up his routine and get everyone laughing ....they couldn't believe their ears ^_^

I was into nature photography until my thyroid illness in 2007.
Great picture of the tongue

Wow. You must have some pretty advanced photography equipment to be able to get such a close up picture of your cat's tongue!
