I must say I'm shocked at some of the bannings that have been going on round here. Reminds me of the attitudes of the Pharisees to Jesus!

We need to learn to get along with one another, respect differences of opinion and show compassion to everyone.

'Love your neighbour as yourself'.

God loves everyone on this board, if each of us takes the time to see what God sees in our brothers and sisters and love them as He loves them, whether we are all in agreement on certain matters of doctrine or not for what is surely important is that we are the body of Christ, we are all members of the worldwide church of God which crosses all the boundaries of race, of denomination of belief systems, we have the most impotant thing of all in common we all know Jesus as our Saviour - so we ought to show love ad respect for one another and where our brothers and sisters are at in their Christian walk. We may never agree in certain matters but we should not lose sight of the fact that in Christ we are united.

Really? Where? I don't remember them, there have been just a few and infrequent.

I should say instead that in their theology they don't seem to be believers. I don't know anyone's heart but I do wonder about one particular, lately frequent poster who's theology is all over the place.

I know there's some who may feel that way about some of the things I believe however, at least my foundation is in agreement with the basic beliefs of the Charismatic/Pentecostal/Spirit Filled.

I'm wondering why those people are allowed to stay while Word of Faither's are being banned?

One of the strengths of the word of faith movement is it teaches to take ourselves out of the victim mode and place ourselves in a more proactive position.

Keith Moore has a teaching which is free for download called victim or victor. Keith Moore is word of faith. I listened to it and it is good teaching.

I am not making light of your complaints. But there is a better way to handle them. Word of faith teaches that better way as one of their teachings.

John 1:10-12
"But although the world was made through him, the world didn't recognize him when he came. Even in his own land and among his own people, he was not accepted. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God."

Here are some proactive suggestions-

Start a prayer group to pray for the message board and also to pray for the moderators.

Appeal moderator actions which you do not agree with.

Set an example

Make a positive confession for this situation.

better yet, contact meh (advisor) and ask for an adivsor review of the reports for SF/C forum for the last 15 days. She has both the access and the experience needed in this situation.

Ahem...if the admins were serious about cleaning up this board they would actually enforce the rules about zero debate allowed on the main fellowship board.

All debate is supposed to be in the debate subforum. When I was a mod, I was against the debate subforum when it was created- but I had to accept the idea even if I was one of the only ones against it. But why even have the rule if the rule is not ever going to be enforced?
