Had a peek, my husband told me about this, I don't watch that much news so hadn't heard of it. wondering what this will do to the coming summer? It was still spewing last I heard. Volcanoes in Iceland, sounds like a oxymoron to me, but it sure is an attention getter! The earth is having her pains come closer and closer together!

Or is this just a pimple erupting on the earth's cheek.

Some of these remind me of St. Helens when it erupted, although it was a different
type of eruption.

How so chavak, you live in that area don't you, were you living nearby when it happened, when was that the 80's?

Didn't we have a few cold summers' following that too?

Honestly, all the earthquakes and volcanoes are still within the scientific norm. None of this is out of the natural deviation. There is nothing to be alarmist about.

Don't those events cause an El Nino effect?

I'm sure there were a few conversations with those sentiments around the time of Noah too.

But there is no reason to use a misnomer like 'alarmist' regarding my comment though just because you don't believe we are living in the end of days.

Yes, I've seen some documentaries on that, that is one huge cauldron of lava! I'm glad I didn't know what was underneath when I visited there ages ago. I thought it lovely, and especially loved the Morning Glory pool. At the time I didn't realize what lie beneath or even at that time that our earth has a molten core.

I keep thinking what would happen if the 'big one' along the San Andreas fault were to go at the same time? It would sure change a lot of maps really quick!

Ezekiel 38:19 mentions a "great quake" in Israel.
How do the Jews view that and do they feel that is still future, and if so, would that happen before or after the Jew's Messiah comes? Just curious. Shalom
