We have almost no account as of yet whatsoever of the Hebrews in Egypt, even in Hebrew history, but as you know almost everyday people are recovering more of history. So sorry this does not disprove it or prove it. If you can prove that there was indeed no Hebrew slaves or there was no Moses or even that the Hebrews did not leave in masses out of Egypt then you would have a point.
When were the Hebrews
in Egypt?
"I had no serious difficulty in getting out of it [The bottom of Reichenbach Falls], for the very simple reason that I was never in it." -- Sherlock Holmes, "The Adventure of the Empty House."
For the most part people have many theories about this. But as of yet this part of the bible cannot be proven or disproven. Just like the great flood which still cannot be proven or dis-proven (check out link below).
Anyway all I'm saying is you cannot disprove the bible, many people have tried and many more people are still trying. Just like on the flip-side us Christians cannot prove 100% that God wrote the bible. But the bible does have great archaeological accuracy and many prophecies that are coming to past.
Well, until you
can prove that God wrote the Bible, we have no reason to treat it as if He did.
In the meantime, you should read your links more carefully.
Says Weil, "We found that indeed a flood happened around that time. From core samples, we see that a flood broke through the natural barrier separating the Mediterranean Sea and the freshwater Black Sea, bringing with it seashells that only grow in a marine environment. There was no doubt that it was a fast flood -- one that covered an expanse four times the size of Israel. It might not have been Noah, as it is written in the Bible, but we believe people in that region had to build boats in order to save their animals from drowning. We think that the ones who survived were fishermen -- they already had the boats."
Flood geology (also
creation geology or
diluvial geology) is the attempt to demonstrate that a global flood was the origin of most of the Earth's geological features, including
sedimentary strata,
fossilization,
fossil fuels, and
salt domes. The
geological history of the
Earth, in turn, is held to validate the
historicity of a global flood.
Flood geology is associated with Young Earth creationists, who regard the biblical flood narrative in Genesis 6-9 as a historically accurate record. The evidence they have presented has been evaluated, refuted and unequivocally dismissed by the
scientific community, which considers the subject to be
pseudoscience. Flood geology contradicts
scientific consensus in disciplines such as
geology,
physics,
chemistry,
molecular genetics,
evolutionary biology,
archaeology, and
paleontology.

Well, this article helps explain the first one:
As Dr Ballard explained; "During the last great Ice Age glaciers advanced across the surface of the world. That lowered the sea level 400ft. Then, 12,000 years ago at the end of the Ice Age, the glaciers began to retreat".
With its lower sea level, the eastern Mediterranean was cut off from the Black Sea so that when the oceans started to rise, the Black Sea did not."
Since the Mediterrenian and Black are part of the same system, the marine seashells in the Black Sea are easily explained.
