How long after birth? [open]

Can't remember with my first but my second is 5 months and we haven't yet - had a very very bad tear and my appointment to check it out is in a month so we'll wait until then to make sure everything is ok

6 weeks 1st baby
1 month 2nd baby

We waited 6 weeks.

6 weeks with both

Probably 7 or 8 weeks because I was nervous after my c-section.

6 wks with my first, with my 2nd my bleeding stopped at 4 wks and I was actually feeling great so we tried, then my bleeding started up again, MW said it really didn't have anything to do with us having sex, it just happens sometimes, esp with 2nd+ deliveries. With all the others, at LEAST 6 wks. My bleeding tends to go the full 6 wks.
