when it comes to exercise music, it's always something very fast... especially when I'm on the elliptical.

it always varies in weight lifting: trance, techno, jumpstyle, hardstyle, hardcore
when it comes to the elliptical, I stick to jumpstyle, hardstyle, and hardcore... these 3 for me are very fast, very pumped up, and keep me goign because I go to the beat of the music, which varies from song to song

and believe me... hardcore gets a lot faster than the last one... and it certainly not easy to keep up with the speed if you've got the resistance up to the maximum

When I workout I have to have upbeat music playing-- I've found that the Black Eyed Peas have good songs and if you want the censored version they usually have that available. There are some pretty good pop songs and beats out there too- try Kenna. he's techno and funky!
