How do you watch LOST?

I get cozy with the wife and kids in the bedroom, then slip off into the living room to watch in peace!

Phones off, laptops shut, hubby and me on the couch, remote in my hand ready to rewind that crucial moment (as long as the moment is over and the rewind will not interrupt the drama), only speaking if the show is paused or there's a commercial.

After putting Mrs. Redguard to bed, I'll sneak off into the tv room and watch a recorded version in peace and silence.

I'm going to my room, and making DH put the kids to bed.Then he will be watching NCIS LA in the living room. I will be all alone watching intently.

My family has already been put on alert - DO NOT BOTHER MOMMY WHEN LOST IS ON!!!!! So I'll lock myself in my room, turn off the phones and have my popcorn in hand ready to watch! I usually also record it on DVR so if I have to go back and re-watch a scene the next day I can. Boy do I sound like a nut!

I save every episode on my TiVo until the season DVD comes out, so if you're a nut, I'm a freaking fruitcake.

Yup, this.

We also have our friend Jeremy over. We usually do supper together and then play some xbox 360 or Wii until it starts.

Tonight though, since it IS a special occasion, I am breaking my diet (17lbs down WOOHOO!!) and we are ordering hot wings and motza sticks from Buffalo Wild Wings to have while we watch

That sounds yummy!

We used to have a friend over; but she got married and moved to the other side of Houston.

So it's just DH & I in silence, with the doggies outside. We do have the lights out - and the remote handy to rewind if necessary. Laptops closed; and the funny thing - our phone rang several times during the show last week, but it was during a commercial every time.

If I can't watch it alone with no kids or DH asking a thousand questions, then I watch it during the regular airtime....if not, I record it and watch it by myself when there are no distractions, which is pretty much, most of the time.

Lights off. Ignorning skype chat request from a friend who lives a few hours away that I fortunately ( or unfortunately depends on how you look at it ! ) helped get addicted.

Then I jump on a couple of well visited LOST sites, read a recap ( I'm in Australia so we are a little behind ) and read about all that stuff that I've missed ( or not missed ) and read a bunch of theories.

On Wednesday night if there was a cinema showing of the finale, I would go but as there is not, it's just me and the dark room and me yelling at the TV

I watch Lost on the island inside the hatch. No one bothers you down there and there's lots of snacks in the pantry.
