Doesn't matter to me. I mean most of my friends are in relationships or engaged or married. so i have both single and married friends. I realate more to my single friends.
Either one more than the un-married yet in a relationship folks.
I like other singles because, well, misery loves company.
And I like married folks because they typically don't talk about the other person on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and.... you get the idea.
The worst are those that are not married and have a boyfriend/girlfriend because they just talk and talk about their significant other and if you work with people that are dating each other than you can't help but feel like one big third wheel.
At work, there is one guy who is married and I get along with him fairly well. Sure, in conversation he'll mention his wife, but that is different than a conversation with someone who will mention their girlfriend because at least the married guy has settled down and gotten his stuff together instead of just being in it for the sex (I hope).
