So here it is.
A mother has two children, one whom is special needs. Both under the age of 10. The mother has kidney disease and almost did not survive last labor. She had her tubes tied to prevent pregnancy. however, after a few years it seems that one of the tubes has grown back. This means she is pregnant again. Here is the dilemma my friend is having. Try to carry the baby and risk losing her and the child's life or terminate through a hysterectomy. The drs. said her kidneys would be gone by now and they are not, but it was the last birth that caused them to begin to fail. What do I tell her. What should she do?
