Kind of destroys the spirit of the memorial, if you have to steal land from the rightful owners.
I am pretty sure, these people understand the desire, and will work the goverment to
get the land needed.

2,200 acre national park?
Do they have to make it this big?
Why not a scaled down version?
Even 100 acres would be large.

They are heros, but we are spending borrowed money to make this national park.
Do we really need another national park?

Seizing land in order to create a memorial is a really ridiculous concept. I can't see how that would have been beneficial to anybody. And, flight 93, it's sad what happened and I can understand the families wanting to memorialize their dead, but I'm getting sick of the way the term "hero" is bandied around lately. It's sad, but there is a a lot going on now. I think the money and effort needs to go to the future, not the past.
