I have pointed this out many times, and it has yet to be acknowledge... we understand your tyring to keep creeps out of the teens section, but instead your basically bootting us to an off site place that does not have the reputable moderation... Nothing has happened, and you can bet your behind i and others will be reporting to the authorities anything that has potential to hurt a 13 year old... but still, things were safer before then they were now. People do not want that forum, and i don't see to many people migrating back to it. I will be both places but don't see to many threads in teh forums i have access to that interest me.

Please forgive any disrespect in this post... count me into the extremely irritated crowd. Again any disrespect is not intended.

Ok. Teen section will be from 13-19 with an open area for games/chit-chat.

The age will not go higher. I am being completely honest and telling you that you were listened to, all your reasons, but the age is not going higher than 19. Period. There is no more discussion on it. The reasons are 20's are not teens. 21 is adult in the US. The age range was too broad. I know that you feel closer to your teen friends in your 20's on here, but the age isn't going higher than 19. But forget this poll, and forget the having to decide. It's going to be 19 with an open area. I can start a talk about a forum for those like 18-23 or 24 if that would help at all.

Guys...input is fine and welcome. But taking a break if you need to is good. This situation is precarious, and we don't want anything to make this thread close or to not have anymore discussions. I'm not threatening- I'm asking.

I am happy about this.

I was about to ask if there would be a forum with an overlap. Something like Young Adults but with a younger age group... and possibly more of an overlap... like 17-22 or something like that?

It seems to me a community of sorts was formed based on the CF Teens forum. People spent a significant portion of their lives posting there and many of them grew close. CF Staff has chosen to no longer host that community at this site.

For members of the community--remember that the forum is not the community. It is merely your meeting place. Do not let this action destroy your friendships and your fellowship.
