I feel the same way. They said in last week's preview, "In two weeks, on Lost..."

I think they want the back half of the season to run with no interruptions and they want the finale to land on a certain day during May sweeps, so we get a week off this week.

I'm sure ABC has laid out how they want the May sweeps to go. Many shows have two-hour finales, so they have to stagger them. I'm guessing Life on Mars will end a different week from LOST.

They came in on the helicopter with Lapidus. So I guess it is possible he saw the foot, yeah.
