God is so good. I see how all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Did I say that right? I'm tired.

But I have to tell you! I have searched a little here and there over the last few years, rather unsuccessfully, to find information about skin cancer. I've tried the library, the internet, my own books, and nothing struck a chord with me. Nothing. Now here we are praying and lo and behold, I'm at a tire store having the oil changed in my van sitting down to read the 600+ page book I brought along and the two magazines when I spot a book on cancer, dealing with it with nutrition. I quickly and avidly scour it for what I need, finding what I've been looking for! In a tire store! Thank You, Lord for bringing it to me. He put it right in front of me. Isn't that amazing? Furthermore, I've started taking one of the supplements it recommended a few days ago! The Lord is confirming things, and providing. What an exciting journey it is to walk with God! I also obtained websites from the book to learn more.

Friends, I want to share a wonderful experience with you!

Yesterday, my class did a treasure hunt again. Before we started, God showed me a vision of a Mexican family with two boys at Walmart looking at clothes. The Lord told me I was to buy everything in their cart for them! So we went to Walmart, and sure enough, there in the clothing department was a Mexican couple with two little boys. Since they were still shopping, I waited around for them to finish shopping. When I spotted them in line, I approached them (I was totally nervous) and quietly told them that God wanted me to purchase everything in their cart, and I asked if I could do that. The woman looked bewildered and said, "No entiendo". They didn't speak a word of English! So I had to use my spanglish on them. Finally, they both smiled wide and thanked me. The irony was that even though they were blessed, I was doubly blessed. They have a great story to tell their friends and I have a great story to treasure in my heart. Isn't God amazing?

Praying for the pastor's family and congregation.

I am standing on the Word for healing, for I was healed by His stripes. I agree with this. I applied an herb to the sight and it is doing something if feelings tell anything. Supposedly, it is ridding my body of the toxins. The area is swollen, not a big deal, but I feel groggy all day today and well, weird. I'm not able to put into words what I feel like. Ah well, all this passes. We walk by faith and not by sight, but wanted to report to you my friends here since you are praying. What I am experiencing is to be expected from this herb compound from what I read.

I met with others from our team for a second meeting as we continue to prepare for our mission trip.

John 13:4 So He got up from supper, laid aside His robe, took a towel, and tied it around Himself. 5 Next, He poured water into a basin and began to wash His disciples' feet and to dry them with the towel tied around Him.

Is the act of washing feet where the blessing lies? If we had lived in that culture in that day we would view this as a practical service to another, and a humble one at that. No one wanted to wash someone's feet, that was a servant's job. The hired help did that. That was about like scrubbing the tub, or plunging a stopped up toilet, or changing a baby's diaper. Yet, it is the mundane tasks we do for each other that brings us joy. This is the secret to happiness. The KJV reads, "If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them."

Your story blessed me, ral. How good God is! And how good to be used of Him. Your act goes hand in hand with "washing feet". YOu made yourself a servant, and you were made happy. And now we are too, in the hearing of it!

Obtained/obtains the promise!!

6 v 18 strong consolation...

we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

Lay hold of hope.. that which is set before us.. what is promised greater then the circumstances..

Healing is a promise of hope to one who is perishing, sick, troubled..

Made me think of Hope, faith, love..

Greatest of these is love.. God is love.. We have faith in that love.. and on that love and by our faith we have hope..

Your healing is assured.. promised.. before you.. have strong consolation that this hope is set before you.. be patient for you will obtain the promise.. God is not a man to lie or a son of man to change his mind.. what he says he will do.. what He has spoken HE will make good come of it!

I am in agreement that your healing manifests in the flesh as it is in the SPIRIT!! Halleujah..

Yes! This is so good! It really builds me up.

Here's my notes from this morning. (I like your idea. )

wise - glory
fools - shame

Proverbs 3:35 The wise shall inherit glory (all honor and good) but shame is the highest rank conferred on [self-confident] fools. AMP

I don't want to make foolish decisions, doing things when I know better. If I do, there will be shame for me in those things. I still will go to heaven, but if I don't repent I'll have to bear the shame of some the things I do. There are things I say and ways I act that I want no record of anywhere! On the other hand, I want to have lots recorded of wise decisions. It's hard to even imagine the glory that awaits. Can you imagine hearing the Lord praise you? Of Him saying, "Well done, insert name."

Then I was thinking on the sparrow, since Pastor touched on it Sunday morning. I had never quite noticed it here in Psalm 84 like this.
Psalm 84:3 Yes, the sparrow has found a house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young--even Your altars, O Lord of hosts, my King and my God. AMP

One of the cheapest thing in the market in Jesus day was a sparrow. They were practically worthless, yet our Heavenly Father knows when even one falls to the ground. Also, He feeds them! Yet these little "worthless" birds find their home at His alter! They're at His alter! How much more, we, children of our Father are welcome at His alter! We can come boldly to the throne of grace. Let us live there. Better is one day in His courts than a 1,000 anywhere else, the psalm goes on to say.

Oh, how He loves us! Even a sparrow is found there, and you are worth many sparrows!

Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield;
The LORD gives grace and glory;
No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly. NASB

1. Who God is - a sun (brilliant) and a shield (protector)
2. What He gives - grace (kindness, favor) and glory
3. What He won't withhold - no good thing
4. From who? - those who walk uprightly (in truth)

Walk in the light as He is in the light.

My daughter's gerbil, the first one she got, and the last one we have, is not doing well today. She has no control, no balance, and is not able to walk without falling over to the right. Dd is in tears. Not much makes her cry, but this is. I think I shall call into work. They have other servers, she has but one mother.

Aww will pray.. God answers prayers about pets and I pray that your pet has a long life.. my budgie got out a little while ago.. and hmm well when we caught him again which is a miracle in itself... he did not look healthy at all.. the dog was after him and he was so tired and looked like he would have a heart attack or something..

He recovered and as I said we did catch him again.. praise GOD!!

For the LORD God is a sun and shield..

This one really speaks to me.. these days being in the sun is deadly with UV rays.. and skin cancers on such a big increase.. especially in Australia where it is quite hot in many places and because many Aussies are outdoors alot!!

To think of GOD as the sun but also a shield in the same sentence speaks of protection from the elements from nature and from the normal things that destroy people who do not know about GOD.. We all know about the warming of the planet due to forests being destroyed etc.. God is saying we are protected from the damage that normal people suffer while even within this world.. despite the way the world is right now and how it affects us..
ie ..cancers to the skin.. too much sun causes droughts and dries the land out and all suffer from that yet God protects His own because HE is everything to us.. etc

GOD is saying I am not going to destroy my own but take care of them despite the world and how even the elements seems to be against creation..

Halleujah glory to GOD!

The sun coming up in the morning... restores the world from darkness..
The sun in its fullness is deadly without protection and yet with wisdom and care.. it can be harnessed for power!!

The sun shines and brings light to things..
The sun makes things grow... and keeps the world going.. photosynthesis..

Photosynthesis means.. "putting together
with light."

Isn't that cool.. God created the world!
God is light.. and in HIM there is no darkness..

Ha.. so much you have brought to light by only one little offshoot of what you orginally shared.. glory to GOD!

There is a possibility that my husband and I can go to the Australian meetings with Kenneth and Gloria Copeland coming up in May in Brisbane.. Called Brisbane Victory Campaign 28th - 30th May!!

My husbands mother and father in law live not too far away either so we could visit them while we were in Brisbane.. Please pray that this works out and agree in faith with me that it does.. My husband is not yet a believer as you all know so that he would consider coming and sitting through these meetings with me or as many as possible is such a miracle!!

I am believing for complete healing of hearing loss and ringing in ears... so I want to go to the Healing school meeting with Gloria!! I know I am healed of the LORD and my husband would sit through such anointed teachings that he could understand more why I believe the way I do..

Hallelujah.. The big ask at the moment is for my parents who will have to take care of our five children and I need to approach them asap.. which is a big ask.. I feel like it is too much to ask because they continue to do so much for us as a family.. They looked after my sisters children last year for two weeks leaving the state to do so.. she and her husband went to Africa on a mission trip!!

They have done it before and have been so gracious to us in doing so many times and they are very good with them.. It is getting easier now with three teens meaning they can care for themselves.. but as you know it is busy with running around and all the rest.. So I pray that they are able and don't just feel obliged or pressured maybe that the LORD can go before somehow.. and they get a big big blessing in just doing that for us so we can go as husband and wife!! Ohhh for my husband to be there with me for him to hear Kenneth and Gloria.. and for me to be there in person..

We are due very soon money through the stimulus bonus the Australian government is paying out and we are due quite a bit with a large family.. so that the travel would be covered if we did decide to go and we would still have some for bills, clothing for the family etc.. My husband has applied for time off.. they are usually good with giving it to him... nobody else has applied for that time period!!

To even imagine doing this is just so exciting.. Thank you for letting me share this here..
