The Purpose of The Church-To show God's Grace

Ephesians 2:7 "That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus."

Ephesians 3:6: "That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:"

Ephesians 3:10: "To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,"

I Peter 2:9: "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:"

Perhaps there are a few more verses, but thses clearly indicate that the Church is to show forth or display God's Grace.

Thank You, Father, for the Grace you have extended to us, and help us to show that Grace to a seeking world.

Again, in support of your statement regarding love and forgiveness, I have found these supporting scriptures.

Romans 15:5" ¶ Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
6 That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
7 ¶ Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

Wow the one mind one mouth realy speaks to me right now. All Gods children need to come together in this way. We all need to be speaking with and through the mind of Christ, not our own or anyone elses. Only then can others see how we are all joined together as one by His Spirit.

YEAH! Is that amazing or what??? If you travel through some threads you will see the exact opposite. 100 mouths speaking with 100 different minds, and no one, not even the speaker is being glorified.

May it be as you said in these last days. May we come together with the mind of Christ and speak with one mouth to glorify God!
