I don't want to turn 30

Thirty isn't bad at all. Yeah, you start looking at teens sort of funny. You
may find a few gray hairs. Your back may start hurting occasionally.

Just wait till you hit 40. My sister did in November...I told her that she was incredibly well-preserved for being at such an advanced age

Don't worry. Turning 30 scared me too. Probably because we think of ot as some sort of deadline we aren't ready for, but having been there, it felt no different than 29, and nothing happened.
