Are You High, Low or Level? (4)

Still low - I've been low for almost a month now. I wish I could get out of this "funk", but every time I start to feel better something will happen to pull me back down. A huge part of this is anger and feeling all alone. Being Bipolar is hard.

I believe it's what they call agitated depression. I am very depressed but very angry/agressive. It's been a shaky week.

Tn. Being bipolar is hard. I think we'd all agree on that one. It sucks, but remember - we will overcome!! We may not make it go away, but we will get stable sometime. :hug:

Lowish level, but not quite as low as earlier this morning. I lay down and rested for awhile so I'm feeling a bit better. Tears really wear me out.

Lowish level still. Not as anxious, just really tired. I think I'm going to skip the Focalin for awhile and just have coffee in the mornings, see if that does the trick and makes me not have to take the Klonopin prn. Didn't work today, though.

Hi everyone -

My pdoc lowered my dose of Depakote and for some weird reason I'm sleepier on the lower dose than I was on the higher dose. He did this in hopes of giving me more mental energy. Have been having problems with obsessive thinking and dark thoughts the past weeks. I guess I'm low to mid-level today.

Bummed...I think I have diabetes.I was suppossed to get my six month bloodwork done last month,and I just can't do it.I can't deal with another illness...I just can't.

How horrible for you! I have little to comfort you apart of encouraging you to go on regardless.

It is as result of psych meds most likely - my liver, heart, tummy and kidneys are packing up - all after psych medication was started - that's part of the price we have to pay, I suppose.

True, worse than a bad deal, is what you got if you have indeed diabetes.

Yuck!

3 days to recuperate from my back to back trips (and the sun came out yesterday) so I am level at least for this am. Gonna try to get some cover crop on the garden today and organize things for work tomorrow-we have the surveyor first thing Monday AM, and then is one more thing if I can just remember it. . .

Actually levelish at the moment. Safe at my parents' house, no worries here. It's my childhood home so the little April is wandering around here, safe and sound. Good memories all, and I don't feel imaginary at the moment. Dreading going back to the apartment, though, but that won't happen for another few hours.
