Hi Lauri, welcome to the forum.

It's always great to have a lot of friends and people you can relate to. I think you'd be suprised at how many christians there are at your school, but you just don't know it. Be a 'shining light' amongst your schoolmates, and you will find that people will notice and ask you questions, and in turn your questions will be answered. I pray, and know that the next day you're in school the Lord is going to provide you with a friend in Christ.

God bless... :D

I would be wary of "visions" being posted on the internet since I don't really know the person nor the spirit behind it.

Just wanting to be cautious!

I repleyed tp the Poll, and yes you should be cautious about people.

"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles ? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruits is hewn down, and cast into the Fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in Heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name ? And in thy name have cast out devils ? And in thy name done many wonderful works ? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

How about instead of looking for one , make one? Find the person that you think would never be a Christian someone that has never even talked to you and befriend them. Especially if they have already snubbed you or been mean to you in some way? Turn the other cheek and epitomize the song" They will know we are Christians by our Love" Alot of times people cover up their hurt by hurting others. Go where that leads you. I ask Gods blessing on you and to give you courage to try this. In Jesus name, Amen :D

Lauri ~ how about starting a Christian club after school? You may be surprised how many students at your school are Christians. This is one way to make friends you'll treasure for a long time. Just a suggestion.

Blessings to you.

Ooo... I can totally relate to you... when I was in High school I didn't have any christian friends... I had a friend that used to always attack me about my christianity... (and I really mean attack me... hmm... some friend... but they were nice other than that ^_^...) anyway... we used to have debates about God and my beliefs... and the thing is, I never ever bring up the subject. Heh heh... :)

Anyway... it is true having christian friends at school helps a lot. Especially in understanding why you don't do things other people do. A lot of peer pressure to do things you don't want to do happens often - well, to me anyway (not saying that I was an outcast or anything... it was good that I had other understanding nice friends around me too ^_^).
