I'm not sure what was expected here. Closing off all discussion for fear of people hearing another side is not a good way to attract people to your faith.

It represents my (very slightly) humbler self! I used to have an Avatar with a royal robe and crown (still in the wardrobe), but I'm trying to be less confrontational.

I return to CF and this is what GA has been reduced to...I don't expect you'll find much discussion here that doesn't involve christians agreeing with other christians. Best of luck to all who choose to continue to participate. I won't be one of them.

That's a different subforum with a different objective. I didn't see many nonchristian posting there. In accordance with the Debate rule, christians are not allowed to debate with other christians on this section of the forum, so unfortunately without us, here it won't be much of a "Den of Lions."

Here's my thing. There was a board. People posted. Christians mostly argued with each other and even started threads. It wasn't meant for that. It was meant for non-Christians. There didn't seem to be enough mods to see that people stuck to the posted rules. Honestly, it was usually the Christian posters who broke the rules. Yeah, there were a few malcontent non-Christian rabble-rousers that were out to subvert the rules, but they were few and far between.

It's a nice idea, to have a forum that has more lax rules than the old one, where non-Christians can actually respond more freely. However, it won't work. I'm cynical like that, so I'm calling it now.
