The Lord gave me two dreams yesterday and one dream and two visions today. I was sick again all day yesterday and am still a bit under the weather today. I was sick a week ago for about five days, had 3 wonderful well days and then became sick again yesterday and now my husband has the same symptoms.

I do feel as though Satan is trying to get us down. I know many brothers and sisters are going through hard times right now. We need to lift one another up in prayer.

I ask that you pray for my health and that the Lord will give me his understanding of these following dreams and visions. I don't have complete understanding of any of them yet, but I do know, as always, that these dreams and visions are meant to be practical illustrations, i.e. applications for today of Biblical principles. The Lord always gives me dreams and visions that go along with where I am reading in scripture.

I also woke from A DREAM: We were giving a woman a bed. I pointed out to her that she was not getting a thin foam mattress like the one on my left (might have been a sleeper-sofa), but she was getting a thick, firm inner-spring mattress the one on the right.

Then, I decided to give her a bedspread. I offered to wash it for her first, but she said she would wash it, so I handed the dirty bedspread to her in the laundry room and she handed me a clean pile of her clothes that she had just washed, including her undergarments, and just enough for what she needed for two days, which was the remainder of the time she was staying with us.

I was impressed by her maturity level, her independence and her stick-to-itiveness to see a job through to the finish instead of relying on someone else to do the job for her. She knew what needed to be done and she did it. END

Two Adulterous Sisters
1 The word of the LORD came to me: 2 "Son of man, there were two women, daughters of the same mother. 3 They became prostitutes in Egypt, engaging in prostitution from their youth. In that land their breasts were fondled and their virgin bosoms caressed. 4 The older was named Oholah, and her sister was Oholibah. They were mine and gave birth to sons and daughters. Oholah is Samaria, and Oholibah is Jerusalem.
5 "Oholah engaged in prostitution while she was still mine; and she lusted after her lovers, the Assyrians-warriors 6 clothed in blue, governors and commanders, all of them handsome young men, and mounted horsemen. 7 She gave herself as a prostitute to all the elite of the Assyrians and defiled herself with all the idols of everyone she lusted after. 8 She did not give up the prostitution she began in Egypt, when during her youth men slept with her, caressed her virgin bosom and poured out their lust upon her.

9 "Therefore I handed her over to her lovers, the Assyrians, for whom she lusted. 10 They stripped her naked, took away her sons and daughters and killed her with the sword. She became a byword among women, and punishment was inflicted on her.

11 "Her sister Oholibah saw this, yet in her lust and prostitution she was more depraved than her sister. 12 She too lusted after the Assyriansgovernors and commanders, warriors in full dress, mounted horsemen, all handsome young men. 13 I saw that she too defiled herself; both of them went the same way.

14 "But she carried her prostitution still further. She saw men portrayed on a wall, figures of Chaldeans portrayed in red, 15 with belts around their waists and flowing turbans on their heads; all of them looked like Babylonian chariot officers, natives of Chaldea. 16 As soon as she saw them, she lusted after them and sent messengers to them in Chaldea. 17 Then the Babylonians came to her, to the bed of love, and in their lust they defiled her. After she had been defiled by them, she turned away from them in disgust. 18 When she carried on her prostitution openly and exposed her nakedness, I turned away from her in disgust, just as I had turned away from her sister. 19 Yet she became more and more promiscuous as she recalled the days of her youth, when she was a prostitute in Egypt. 20 There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses. 21 So you longed for the lewdness of your youth, when in Egypt your bosom was caressed and your young breasts fondled.

22 "Therefore, Oholibah, this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will stir up your lovers against you, those you turned away from in disgust, and I will bring them against you from every side- 23 the Babylonians and all the Chaldeans, the men of Pekod and Shoa and Koa, and all the Assyrians with them, handsome young men, all of them governors and commanders, chariot officers and men of high rank, all mounted on horses. 24 They will come against you with weapons, chariots and wagons and with a throng of people; they will take up positions against you on every side with large and small shields and with helmets. I will turn you over to them for punishment, and they will punish you according to their standards. 25 I will direct my jealous anger against you, and they will deal with you in fury. They will cut off your noses and your ears, and those of you who are left will fall by the sword. They will take away your sons and daughters, and those of you who are left will be consumed by fire. 26 They will also strip you of your clothes and take your fine jewelry. 27 So I will put a stop to the lewdness and prostitution you began in Egypt. You will not look on these things with longing or remember Egypt anymore.

28 "For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am about to hand you over to those you hate, to those you turned away from in disgust. 29 They will deal with you in hatred and take away everything you have worked for. They will leave you naked and bare, and the shame of your prostitution will be exposed. Your lewdness and promiscuity 30 have brought this upon you, because you lusted after the nations and defiled yourself with their idols. 31 You have gone the way of your sister; so I will put her cup into your hand.

32 "This is what the Sovereign LORD says:
"You will drink your sister's cup,
a cup large and deep;
it will bring scorn and derision,
for it holds so much.
33 You will be filled with drunkenness and sorrow,
the cup of ruin and desolation,
the cup of your sister Samaria.
34 You will drink it and drain it dry;
you will dash it to pieces
and tear your breasts.
I have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD.

35 "Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Since you have forgotten me and thrust me behind your back, you must bear the consequences of your lewdness and prostitution."

36 The LORD said to me: "Son of man, will you judge Oholah and Oholibah? Then confront them with their detestable practices, 37 for they have committed adultery and blood is on their hands. They committed adultery with their idols; they even sacrificed their children, whom they bore to me, as food for them. 38 They have also done this to me: At that same time they defiled my sanctuary and desecrated my Sabbaths. 39 On the very day they sacrificed their children to their idols, they entered my sanctuary and desecrated it. That is what they did in my house.

40 "They even sent messengers for men who came from far away, and when they arrived you bathed yourself for them, painted your eyes and put on your jewelry. 41 You sat on an elegant couch, with a table spread before it on which you had placed the incense and oil that belonged to me.

42 "The noise of a carefree crowd was around her; Sabeans were brought from the desert along with men from the rabble, and they put bracelets on the arms of the woman and her sister and beautiful crowns on their heads. 43 Then I said about the one worn out by adultery, 'Now let them use her as a prostitute, for that is all she is.' 44 And they slept with her. As men sleep with a prostitute, so they slept with those lewd women, Oholah and Oholibah. 45 But righteous men will sentence them to the punishment of women who commit adultery and shed blood, because they are adulterous and blood is on their hands.

46 "This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Bring a mob against them and give them over to terror and plunder. 47 The mob will stone them and cut them down with their swords; they will kill their sons and daughters and burn down their houses.

48 "So I will put an end to lewdness in the land, that all women may take warning and not imitate you. 49 You will suffer the penalty for your lewdness and bear the consequences of your sins of idolatry. Then you will know that I am the Sovereign LORD."

My Understanding: The only thing I know for sure right now is that the way this small pile of clean clothing was handed to me was the same way a US flag is handed to a family member of a fallen soldier, so "death", i.e. "blood on the hands" was definitely a part of this. Other than that, I don't know yet since I was sick when I had this dream.

The Server

THE DREAM: There were three people in this house me, my husband and a German-American girl who lived with us in real life for six months. Well call her Lan. Lan needed to go into work in the middle of the night. I offered to go with her; to carpool with her. We both took showers. She took her shower, which was on the left, with the door to the bathroom open and the lights out, but she did have the curtain drawn. My husband got up and got dressed to go, too, but he didnt take a shower. He had on a suit that was way to big for him (oversized) to wear. I was thinking that I would ride there with Lan but then ride home with my husband.

When we got somewhere, there were people speaking in German. Either Lan (who is bilingual) or my husband (who speaks German in real life, but not fluently) surprised the German-speaking people by speaking in German to them. The German people said something to us about how someone was using a desktop computer that we had in our military sons room to tap into for the purpose of government spying of some kind. They said the computer must be a computer server. I said, No, my husband has a server that he bought for $700 and we dont have another server. But, they were convinced that the computer in the middle of the house in our military sons room was being used for some kind of government spying.

Then, we went to some kind of concert or public event of some kind. There were little round tables with chairs all around in this very large room. We were instructed that the seats close up were $685, but we could sit for free further back. So, we sat down at a table that we thought was further back. We each had something to drink. Then an official came by our table. We asked him about our seats and he informed us that we were sitting in the $685 seats. We told him that we didnt have $685, but we would be glad to pay for our drinks and then leave or sit in the free seats.

The dream ended with us trying to resolve this whole spying mess with the computer. We (not sure who) talked about if we changed what we were doing that they couldnt see us or they couldnt have access or something like that. END

The Cooking Pot
1 In the ninth year, in the tenth month on the tenth day, the word of the LORD came to me: 2 "Son of man, record this date, this very date, because the king of Babylon has laid siege to Jerusalem this very day. 3 Tell this rebellious house a parable and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says:
" 'Put on the cooking pot; put it on
and pour water into it.
4 Put into it the pieces of meat,
all the choice piecesthe leg and the shoulder.
Fill it with the best of these bones;

5 take the pick of the flock.
Pile wood beneath it for the bones;
bring it to a boil
and cook the bones in it.

6 " 'For this is what the Sovereign LORD says:
" 'Woe to the city of bloodshed,
to the pot now encrusted,
whose deposit will not go away!
Empty it piece by piece
without casting lots for them.

7 " 'For the blood she shed is in her midst:
She poured it on the bare rock;
she did not pour it on the ground,
where the dust would cover it.

8 To stir up wrath and take revenge
I put her blood on the bare rock,
so that it would not be covered.

9 " 'Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says:
" 'Woe to the city of bloodshed!
I, too, will pile the wood high.

10 So heap on the wood
and kindle the fire.
Cook the meat well,
mixing in the spices;
and let the bones be charred.

11 Then set the empty pot on the coals
till it becomes hot and its copper glows
so its impurities may be melted
and its deposit burned away.

12 It has frustrated all efforts;
its heavy deposit has not been removed,
not even by fire.

13 " 'Now your impurity is lewdness. Because I tried to cleanse you but you would not be cleansed from your impurity, you will not be clean again until my wrath against you has subsided.

14 " 'I the LORD have spoken. The time has come for me to act. I will not hold back; I will not have pity, nor will I relent. You will be judged according to your conduct and your actions, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "

Ezekiel's Wife Dies
15 The word of the LORD came to me: 16 "Son of man, with one blow I am about to take away from you the delight of your eyes. Yet do not lament or weep or shed any tears. 17 Groan quietly; do not mourn for the dead. Keep your turban fastened and your sandals on your feet; do not cover the lower part of your face or eat the customary food of mourners ."
18 So I spoke to the people in the morning, and in the evening my wife died. The next morning I did as I had been commanded.

19 Then the people asked me, "Won't you tell us what these things have to do with us?"

20 So I said to them, "The word of the LORD came to me: 21 Say to the house of Israel, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am about to desecrate my sanctuarythe stronghold in which you take pride, the delight of your eyes, the object of your affection. The sons and daughters you left behind will fall by the sword. 22 And you will do as I have done. You will not cover the lower part of your face or eat the customary food of mourners . 23 You will keep your turbans on your heads and your sandals on your feet. You will not mourn or weep but will waste away because of your sins and groan among yourselves. 24 Ezekiel will be a sign to you; you will do just as he has done. When this happens, you will know that I am the Sovereign LORD.'

25 "And you, son of man, on the day I take away their stronghold, their joy and glory, the delight of their eyes, their heart's desire, and their sons and daughters as well- 26 on that day a fugitive will come to tell you the news. 27 At that time your mouth will be opened; you will speak with him and will no longer be silent. So you will be a sign to them, and they will know that I am the LORD."

My Understanding: The only thing I understand right now is that this is based off a housing arrangement we had when this German-American girl lived with us. Her room was in the front of the house followed by a bathroom that was shared with her, her roommate and our military son who had the next room. After his room was the Master bedroom and bath that were at the back of the house. There was no computer in our sons room when he lived with us, but we did have our office in that room before he moved back in with us (he was in and out). He represents the US government, so perhaps this is a picture of the US government and Germany living in some kind of suite situation. The $700 for the server for the purpose of government spying reminded me of the $700 billion bailout package that congress passed and the president signed.

Sunday, October 26, 2008, 8:00 a.m.  I woke from A DREAM:

I was at my aunt and uncles house, only usually in my dreams it is their real house, but in this dream it is not. My aunt and uncle have been deceased in real life for a long time. And, my Uncle was a German-American.

This house was very big. Inside the door was a large open room and there was a very wide set of stairs that went up to a balcony area on which sat a grand piano. The house had several large rooms. One of the rooms upstairs had to be kept closed all the time because it was so cold in there. It had glass walls and a glass entry door on the outside wall of the room. Downstairs there was a fireplace. I lit the fire in the fireplace and I did two other things that brought fire and/or heat of some kind to the house.

It was a Sunday morning. My mom (also deceased in real life) or my aunt (her sister) tried to get me to go to traditional church with her, but I said I was going to stay home. She ragged on me about not going. I told her that I grew more in my relationship with the Lord at home than I did in any organized religion. I said something to the effect to her that she should show me Jesus at home. I saw hypocrisy in her because she didnt talk with me about Jesus at home but she wanted me to go with her to church. My mom and my aunt were both very legalistic my aunt more than my mom. END

A Prophecy Against Ammon
1 The word of the LORD came to me: 2 "Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites and prophesy against them. 3 Say to them, 'Hear the word of the Sovereign LORD. This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because you said "Aha!" over my sanctuary when it was desecrated and over the land of Israel when it was laid waste and over the people of Judah when they went into exile, 4 therefore I am going to give you to the people of the East as a possession. They will set up their camps and pitch their tents among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk. 5 I will turn Rabbah into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep. Then you will know that I am the LORD. 6 For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet, rejoicing with all the malice of your heart against the land of Israel, 7 therefore I will stretch out my hand against you and give you as plunder to the nations. I will cut you off from the nations and exterminate you from the countries. I will destroy you, and you will know that I am the LORD.' "

The Bible Knowledge Commentary on Ezekiel 25:1-7: 25:1-2. Ezekiel had already pronounced judgment on Ammon (21:28-32). Now Ammon was singled out to head the list of nations that would feel the sting of divine judgment.

Ammon and Israel had been in conflict since the time of Jephthah during the period of the Judges (Jud. 10:6-11:33). Saul fought with the Ammonites to rescue Jabesh Gilead (1 Sam. 11:1-11), and David conquered Ammon (1 Chron. 19:1-20:3).

Sometime after the death of Solomon the Ammonites regained their independence and renewed their hostilities with Judah. During Jehoshaphats reign the Ammonites joined the Moabites and Edomites in an unsuccessful attack on Judah (2 Chron. 20:1-30). Ammon tried to expand her territory at Israels expense (cf. Jer. 49:1), and she even sided initially with Nebuchadnezzar in an attempt to gain additional territory after Jehoiakims revolt, about 600-597 b.c. (cf. 2 Kings 24:1-2).

In 593 b.c. Ammon joined a secret meeting of other potential conspirators to consider rebelling against Babylon (cf. Jer. 27:1-7). That plan did not materialize, but in 588 b.c. she did unite with Judah and Tyre against Babylon. So two ancient enemies, Judah and Ammon, were joined against a common foe.

When Nebuchadnezzar decided to attack Judah instead of Ammon (cf. Ezek. 21:18-27), Ammon was relieved that she had been spared. Instead of coming to Judahs aid, she rejoiced over Judahs misfortune, hoping to profit territorially from Judahs destruction.

25:3-7. Against this background Ezekiel gave this prophecy. Twice he repeated his because/therefore/you will know formula to show the destruction of Ammon (vv. 3-5, 6-8). Ammon rejoiced over the destruction of the temple (mockingly saying Aha!) and the decimation and exile of the people of Judah. The Ammonites gloated over Judahs misfortune (v. 6).

Gods judgment would fit Ammons sin. They rejoiced over Judahs downfall so they would fall. God would send them to the people of the East, nomadic desert tribesmen, as a possession. These nomads would overrun the Ammonites, turning Rabbah, Ammons capital city, into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep. Because of Ammons malice against Israel, Ammon would be plundered by other nations and destroyed (cut . . . off).

My Understanding: What I understand so far is that this is speaking of the dead apostate church (house of the dead, basically). I dont know yet if there is a connection to Germany. I see the wide stairs as the broad road that many travel that they think is going to lead them to heaven, but it sends them straight to hell. The cold room sounds like a mortuary.

The fireplace is a place of warmth, but a fire also represents the fire of the Holy Spirit, too. The fact that I was lighting the fire in 3 different ways sounds as though the Lord (Father, Son & Holy Spirit) are involved here in trying to light a fire in this old dead church. But, the church is still clinging to tradition.

My mother and/or my aunt (both deceased) tried to get me to go with them to some type of orthodox legalistic traditional church but I preferred to stay at home by the warmth of the fire. I sensed there was hypocrisy here because they didnt talk about Jesus during the week but they felt it was important to go to a particular building on a Sunday morning like it was necessary for my spiritual life. My mothers family and my fathers, too, were very legalistic.

So many people think if you attend a church building (sanctuary) on a Sunday morning that it is a mark that you are a Christian. What they dont realize is that the true sanctuary is not found in a building built by human hands nor is it found in dead religious practices, but the true sanctuary is found in the hearts of Gods servants who daily sit by the fire.

Aha: to express triumphant satisfaction or excitement when discovering something. Desecrate: To damage something sacred, or do something that is offensive to the religious nature of something (Encarta).

So, someone is expressing triumphant excitement over discovering that the Lords true sanctuary (human hearts) is being damaged. The thing that was over the sanctuary was a balcony with a grand piano that you got to by climbing wide stairs. Clapping hands and stamping feet definitely gives a picture of music. So, this sounds like persecution against Gods children.

Sunday, October 26, 2008, 9:11 a.m.  The Lord gave me A VISION:

I saw a black nanny, like the one from the movie, Gone with the Wind. Then, I saw Halloween masks of different kinds. Following that, I was standing on the west side of an office/foyer looking east when I saw a man standing in the east part of the office/foyer with a machine gun shooting across what looked like a huge front receptionist desk that was filled with lots of people. Then, I saw the cover of a magazine, maybe Time Magazine. It had George Bush on the right next to someone on his left (maybe his wife). President Bush had his mouth open wide like he was in anguish and then he began to melt. Then, I saw an elephant trunk. END

8 "This is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because Moab and Seir said, "Look, the house of Judah has become like all the other nations," 9 therefore I will expose the flank of Moab, beginning at its frontier townsBeth Jeshimoth, Baal Meon and Kiriathaimthe glory of that land. 10 I will give Moab along with the Ammonites to the people of the East as a possession, so that the Ammonites will not be remembered among the nations; 11 and I will inflict punishment on Moab. Then they will know that I am the LORD.' "

The Bible Knowledge Commentary on Ezekiel 25:8-11: Judgment on Moab (25:8-11)
The hostility between Moab and Israel began when Balak, king of Moab, tried to oppose Israel as Moses was leading them to Palestine (cf. Num. 22-24). During the time of the Judges, Israel was oppressed by Eglon, king of Moab (Jud. 3:12-30). Relations between the countries improved slightly after that, and some Israelites went to Moab during a famine. Through this contact Ruth the Moabitess entered Israels history and the royal line of David.

The relationship between Moab and Israel again deteriorated during Sauls reign (cf. 1 Sam. 14:47). David conquered Moab and made it a vassal of Israel (2 Sam. 8:2); it remained under Israels control through Solomons reign. Moab rebelled against Israel years after Israel and Judah split, during Jehoshaphats regime (cf. 2 Kings 3:4-27). Moab united with Ammon and Edom in an ill-fated attempt to defeat Judah also during Jehoshaphats reign (2 Chron. 20:1-23). Later Moab supported Babylon and attacked Judah after Jehoiakims revolt, possibly hoping to gain additional territory (cf. 2 Kings 24:2). Moab then joined other nations and considered revolting from Babylon in 593 b.c. (cf. Jer. 27:1-7), but no evidence indicates that she ever did.

25:8-11. Moabs sin, Ezekiel said, was her contempt for Gods people. Moab and Seir said, Look, the house of Judah has become like all the other nations. Seir was the name of the mountain range south of the Dead Sea that encompassed the country of Edom. The word became synonymous with the land of Edom (cf. 2 Chron. 20:10 with Num. 20:14-21). Edom was included here with Moab (though her own judgment comes next) because she was guilty of the same sin of envy and contempt. In their scorn Moab and Edom were denying Gods promises to Israel. By minimizing Judahs position of centrality among the nations, they were profaning the name of God who had promised Judah that position.

Because Moab treated Judah with contempt, God would remove Moabs glory by exposing its northern flank to attack. He would destroy three towns: Beth Jeshimoth, Baal Meon, and Kiriathaim. Beth Jeshimoth guarded the ascent to the Medeba Plateau from the Plains of Moab by the Jordan River. Baal Meon and Kiriathaim were important fortresses on the Medeba Plateau.

In addition to losing her defenses Moab would also lose her freedom. God said He would give Moab . . . to the people of the East, the same fate as Ammon (cf. v. 4). The nomadic desert tribesmen who would overrun Ammon would also overrun Moab.

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (CNN) Campaigning Saturday in Iowa, a state where polls show Barack Obama enjoying a healthy lead just 10 days before the election, Sarah Palin warned that putting Obama in the White House along with Democrats running both chambers of Congress will turn the country into a nanny state.

Palin cautioned Iowans that under Obamas big government agenda, their income, property and investments would be shared with everybody else. She labeled Obamas plan to provide tax credits to lower and middle-income wage-earners the philosophy of government taking more, which is a misuse of the power to tax.

I saw men pulling other men out of what looked like a war zone, only the men did not seem to have military uniforms on. Then, I saw a severed hand and forearm with silver at the end that was cut off. The severed forearm and hand were thrown away in the trash. The forearm and hand looked fake. Then, I saw a young woman with a bonnet on her head putting a garment on over her head and the neck of the garment got as far as just below her nose and stopped, covering her mouth. Then, the woman aged maybe 100 years and had wrinkles all over her face, but the bonnet was still in place and so was the neck of the dress still covering her mouth. END

A Prophecy Against Edom
12 "This is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because Edom took revenge on the house of Judah and became very guilty by doing so, 13 therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will stretch out my hand against Edom and kill its men and their animals. I will lay it waste, and from Teman to Dedan they will fall by the sword. 14 I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "

A Prophecy Against Philistia
15 "This is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because the Philistines acted in vengeance and took revenge with malice in their hearts, and with ancient hostility sought to destroy Judah, 16 therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am about to stretch out my hand against the Philistines, and I will cut off the Kerethites and destroy those remaining along the coast. 17 I will carry out great vengeance on them and punish them in my wrath. Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I take vengeance on them.' "

Judgment on Edom (25:12-14)
Like Ammon and Moab, Edom was involved in a long series of conflicts with Israel. The strife actually began when Edom refused to let Israel cross her territory during the time of the wilderness wanderings (cf. Num. 20:14-21). Saul fought the Edomites (1 Sam. 14:47), and David finally captured Edom and made it a vassal state to Israel (2 Sam. 8:13-14). Solomon further exploited Edom and established Elath in Edom as Israels seaport (cf. 1 Kings 9:26-28); but Edom opposed Solomon during the latter part of his reign (1 Kings 11:14-18). The nation continued as a vassal state after Israel and Judah split, and it was controlled by a governor from Judah till after the time of Jehoshaphat (1 Kings 22:47-48).

In the days of Jehoram (ca. 845 b.c.) Edom successfully rebelled against Judah (2 Kings 8:20-22a) and regained her freedom. Thereafter Judah and Edom struggled to see who would control the vital caravan and shipping routes at the southern end of the Transjordanian highway. Both Amaziah (2 Kings 14:7) and Uzziah (or Azariah, 2 Kings 14:21-22) regained territory that had been lost to Edom, but Edom counterattacked during Ahazs reign and inflicted a major loss on Judah (2 Chron. 28:17).

Edom became a vassal of Babylon after Nebuchadnezzars stunning defeat of Egypt in 605 b.c. Then in 593 b.c. Edom joined the other conspirators in planning to revolt against Babylon (cf. Jer. 27:1-7), but did not carry out the plan. When Judah revolted in 588 b.c., Edom sided with Babylon and aided Babylon in her assaults on Judah (cf. Ps. 137:7; Jer. 49:7-22).

25:12-14. Ezekiel said Edoms sin was that she took revenge on the house of Judah. Edom saw in Judahs conflict with Babylon an opportunity to oppose her rival. If her foe were destroyed then Edom could achieve a place of power at the southern end of the Dead Sea.

Because Edom had aided in Judahs destruction, God said He would aid in her destruction. He would kill Edoms men and their animals . . . from Teman to Dedan. Teman was a city in central Edom about three miles from Sela, later known as Petra. Dedan was southeast of Edom in northern Arabia. Perhaps Dedan was mentioned here because some Edomites were living there. Edom was conquered by the Nabateans during the intertestamental period. The remnant of the Edomites (also called Idumeans) moved west to the Negev. Later they were forced to become Jewish converts (Josephus The Antiquities of the Jews 13. 9. 1). Thus the Edomites lost both their country and their national identity.

God said Israel would bring His vengeance against the Edomites. As a result the Edomites would come to know (experience) His vengeance. This differs from what He had said about Ammon and Moab (vv. 7, 11).

D. Judgment on Philistia (25:15-17)
The Philistines had been Israels enemy from the time of the Conquest. Israel had failed to take all the Promised Land because she disobeyed God and because of the Philistines military superiority on the coastal plain (cf. Jud. 3:1-4). Then the Philistines moved into the hill country in an attempt to control all the territory of Israel. They were opposed by the judges Shamgar (Jud. 3:31), Samson (Jud. 13-16), and Samuel (1 Sam. 7:2-17). Sauls major battles in Israel were designed to check the Philistines advances on the central Benjamin plateau (1 Sam. 13:1-14:23) and in the Jezreel Valley (1 Sam. 28:1-4; 29:1-2, 11; 31:1-3, 7-10).

David finally subdued the Philistines. After a series of battles early in his reign blunted a Philistine challenge to his kingdom (2 Sam. 5:17-25), David was able to go on the offensive and defeat t he Philistines (2 Sam. 8:1). Philistia remained a vassal country through the reign of Solomon and into the divided monarchy.

The battle between Philistia and Judah was renewed during the divided monarchy as each country tried to control the other. Jehoshaphat was able to dominate Philistia as a vassal state (2 Chron. 17:10-11), but she revolted against his son Jehoram and sacked Judah and Jerusalem (2 Chron. 21:16-17). Uzziah reestablished Judahs control over Philistia (2 Chron. 26:6-7), but Philistia again gained the upper hand in Ahazs reign (2 Chron 28:16-18).

The feud between Philistia and Judah was halted by Babylons intervention. Nebuchadnezzar established control over both countries. Yet the rivalry remained. Philistia waited for an opportunity to try again to conquer Judah.
25:15-17. Ezekiel placed his finger on Philistias underlying sin. She acted in vengeance and took revenge (cf. v. 12) with malice (cf. v. 6), and with ancient hostility she sought to destroy Judah. Philistias history included a string of attacks on Gods Chosen People as they tried to dispossess Israel of the Promised Land.
Because Philistia had tried to destroy Judah, God would destroy her. He would stretch out His hand (cf. v. 13) against the Philistines, and would cut off the Kerethites and destroy those remaining along the seacoast. Kerethites (kerēṯîm) was a synonym for the Philistines (cf. 1 Sam. 30:1-14; Zeph. 2:5). The word might have come from Crete which was known as Caphtor in Old Testament times (cf. Amos 9:7). Ezekiel used Kerethites here instead of Philistines to produce an interesting wordplay: God would cut off (hiḵratî) the Kerethites (kerēṯîm).
During the intertestamental period the Philistines disappeared as a nation. This nation that had tried to usurp Gods people discovered Gods true character (they will know that I am the Lord; cf. Ezek. 25:7, 11) when He judged them for their sin.

I was praying about the news story about the legal battle over Barack Obamas citizenship. I asked the Lord concerning the place of Barack Obamas birth.

Then, I had A VISION: I saw African people. Then, an elephant trunk curled around something and was picking it up. I asked the Lord what the elephant was picking up with its trunk and then I saw a very large silver spoon. Then I saw the face of Barack Obama from when he was a young boy, probably late 1960s or early 1970s.

Then the elephant placed its front feet on a mound of dirt. The mound was on my right and the elephant was facing the right. It was pulling something up from the ground, like an idol or a grave stone or like a tomb of some kind. Then the elephant was now facing and walking to the left carrying whatever he dug out of the ground on his back.

After this I saw a woman wearing a bonnet, but not the fancy frilly kind. This was very plain and simple like Amish women wear. Then I saw a man wearing a beard and a tall hat and I heard the name John Wilkes Booth. And, then I heard a gun shot. Following that I saw a long black horse-driven carriage. END

The gate to the nations is broken, and its doors have swung open to me; now that she lies in ruins I will prosper,' 3 therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am against you, O Tyre, and I will bring many nations against you, like the sea casting up its waves. 4 They will destroy the walls of Tyre and pull down her towers; I will scrape away her rubble and make her a bare rock. 5 Out in the sea she will become a place to spread fishnets, for I have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD. This last vision posted above, "Ancient Ruins" reminded me of this one:

Man-Child

Monday, March 10, 2008, 6:06 a.m.  I woke up with the song History in my head which contains this phrase: History is in the making.

I also woke from A Dream (or more): Some people were digging in the ground when this woman dug up the body of a man, only he came back to life and he began walking down the street with this woman. But, when we reached our destination, it was like he was a child she was caring for.

I was with the woman, the resurrected man-child and some other people in what looked like a garage. Then there was someone like in the back of a van who came back to life from the dead. I said he had a message for us. He gave the message and part of the message was that the woman caring for the child was now going to die and then she immediately dropped dead. Then I took care of the boy child. I asked him if he liked living in the country and he said Yes. I said that was good because we lived out in the country.

Then I talked about the funeral arrangements for the mother. I said it was going to be a simple graveside service because we had just been through this with the man. Then (I dont know if this was my thinking as I was waking or not) I realized that it was the dead womans family who should be making the funeral arrangements. That is when I woke from the dream. End.

There was a previous part to the dream or another dream where we were at my aunts house in Ohio (she is deceased). I went over to talk with a young woman I knew but had not seen in awhile. She told me she had a boyfriend or was engaged to be married and then she described her young man. She stated that he wasnt already married to someone else (seemed odd to say that).

Then her young man came over and sat down next to her. He introduced himself to me. He said he was an eye doctor. Then the girl got out some kind of chart and was explaining all the benefits they offered as though she worked for him. He tried to get me to go with his practice, but I declined. I said to the person sitting next to me, You know how it is when you have your own eye doctor, dentist, family doctor, etc. that you like and know, that you dont want to switch to someone new because that person may not be as good?

Then there was a scene maybe with our kids putting together a box or a bag of stuff with old toys and dolls in it and brown or black gloves, too, that was throw-away stuff only it was like they were gifts they were throwing away but not sure about that part. I remember taking the box they had put together and I placed it by the back door of my aunts house to be taken out and placed in the trash.

Then there was a part where my husband was washing or rubbing my back in a corner of the kitchen sort of hidden beside a counter/cabinet that had space next to it (like where our trash can is located in real life only in real life ours is out in the open not in a corner) while the kids were occupied in another room.

There was another part where my husband had dropped some change, mostly dimes and quarters, on to the floor in the dark and I picked them up and gave them back to him. I remember asking him if I had not given him the change back and he said Yes. End.

One last thing: Last night before I went to sleep and while I was praying I had a vision of a room with stacks of boxes in it. There was a wet sponge on the floor and a mans heel was pressed down into the sponge. End.

Lord, help me to know where you want me to read in the scripture. Im reading in Daniel now, but nothing is clicking so far. Oh, I just remembered that in another part of the dream, or in another dream altogether, I wanted to have another baby. End. Lord, are you giving me another gift?

Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening. I pray you will grant me understanding of this dream(s). I believe the first dream that ends with me waking from the dream is based off of Revelation 13, 17 & 18. When I thought about the phrase: resurrected man-child it reminded me of Revelation 12 about Jesus Christ, the Messiah, but when I compared it to the dream, it didnt quite fit.

Then, the Lord led me to Rev 13 about the beast (two-horned) that comes out of the earth. I believe what the Lord is showing me here is that the woman, i.e. Mystery Babylon, aka the USA or the 4th kingdom of Daniel 2, has resurrected a man from the grave who then became a child. I believe this goes back to the dreams the Lord has given me about human cloning. I believe that the USA has taken the DNA of someone who is dead and has cloned him so that it is like he is resurrected from the grave so he was like a child who then grew to be a man, i.e. the antichrist.

Revelation 17 speaks of the woman and the beast she rides. The beast is described as someone or something that once was, now is not, and yet will come. Some people see the beast as the one-world order while others see him as the antichrist. Either way we are talking about the beast of Revelation who has been resurrected from the earth (once was, now is not, and yet to come) only history is now in the making, i.e. we are beginning to see the fulfillment of these prophecies of Revelation in our time.

I am not sure who I represent in this dream. I do believe that the man in the back of the van who came back to life to give a message is the writer of Revelation, John or he is Jesus. A van often represents the church and the back could symbolize history and since the song is about history in the making I believe this is John giving the message that the woman, the USA or Mystery Babylon, is now going to die (see chapter 18). So, if the USA as we know it dies under Gods judgment, then who takes over the care of the man-child? It could be the one-world order.

The other dream(s) or dream parts are based off of Daniel 2 which is where I am reading for my quiet time with the Lord. The king has a dream and he needs someone not only to interpret the dream but also to tell him the dream that he had and then what it means. All the astrologers (eye doctors) could not do that so Daniel was called and he called on God (my family eye doctor) to tell the king his dream and its interpretation.

My aunts house in Ohio in previous dreams has symbolized the apostate church or at least a physical location where the church meets. Im not sure who the young woman represents but it appears she is engaged to a false teacher, perhaps the antichrist, so she could symbolize the apostate church and the house is just the physical location of the apostate church and/or government. Oh, this actually looks as though it goes along with Revelation 13 where it talks about the mark of the beast. This beast is the false eye doctor who wanted me to come to him but I declined because I already had my eye doctor (the Almighty God).

There are actually parallels between these passages in Revelation 13, 17 & 18 and Daniel 2. I have a sense that the dream part about the box of throw-away stuff is about Gods judgment and that dolls represent idols and brown gloves could represent the handiwork of man and the Lord is going to throw them in the trash.

As I was reading Daniel 2 beginning in v.40 about the 4th kingdom that is made partly of clay and partly of iron, the Lord led me to look up the contents of the USA quarter and dime:

Minting of US gold coins ceased in 1933. By 1970, silver had been completely eliminated from all US "silver" coins. Dimes, quarters, half dollars, and Susan B. Anthony dollars are made of "cupra-nickel clad," an alloy of a core of pure copper with outer layers (the surfaces of the coins) of 75 percent copper and 25 percent nickel alloy. Then, the Lord led me to do a comparison between the 4th kingdom of Daniel 2 and the USA coins:

Copper: a malleable, reddish brown metallic element that is a good conductor of electricity and heat. Use: wiring, coatings, alloys. Nickel: a hard corrosion-resistant silvery-white metallic element. Use: in alloys, batteries, electroplating, catalyst. Alloy: metallurgy a substance that is a mixture of two or more metals, or of a metal with a nonmetallic material. Iron: a heavy, magnetic, malleable, ductile, lustrous, silvery white metallic element that is present in very small quantities in the blood and is the fourth most abundant element in the Earth's crust. Use: engineering and structural products. Clay: The dirt in some parts of the southern US is made of clay-dirt and is reddish brown in color.

This is just another confirmation that the 4th kingdom of Daniel 2 and Mystery Babylon of Revelation is the United States of America, for the coins are made of a mixture of nickel (parallel to iron) and copper (parallel to clay). My husband often symbolizes men in leadership or sometimes the President of the USA. A kitchen is a place of preparation for teaching the Word or in the government it could symbolize the place where decisions are made that govern the society. I have a sense that I am representing the Lord in this dream and that the leaders are depending upon their past (his back) relationship with God but that has been trashed by their actions.

The change that is dropped to me has to do with repentance that perhaps was once there but has been discarded in the darkness of mans sins. So, when God picks it up out of the darkness and hands it back, I see a picture of restoration like in Daniel 2:44 about the kingdom that will never be destroyed built on the ruins of the sinful empires of man.

The vision about the stacked boxes and the mans heel pressed down on the sponge I believe parallels Daniel 2:44 about how Gods eternal kingdom will crush all those earthly kingdoms (symbolized by the stack of cardboard boxes).

I also woke from A DREAM: We were giving a woman a bed. I pointed out to her that she was not getting a thin foam mattress like the one on my left (might have been a sleeper-sofa), but she was getting a thick, firm inner-spring mattress the one on the right.

Then, I decided to give her a bedspread. I offered to wash it for her first, but she said she would wash it, so I handed the dirty bedspread to her in the laundry room and she handed me a clean pile of her clothes that she had just washed, including her undergarments, and just enough for what she needed for two days, which was the remainder of the time she was staying with us.

I was impressed by her maturity level, her independence and her stick-to-itiveness to see a job through to the finish instead of relying on someone else to do the job for her. She knew what needed to be done and she did it. END

Two Adulterous Sisters
1 The word of the LORD came to me: 2 "Son of man, there were two women, daughters of the same mother. 3 They became prostitutes in Egypt, engaging in prostitution from their youth. In that land their breasts were fondled and their virgin bosoms caressed. 4 The older was named Oholah, and her sister was Oholibah. They were mine and gave birth to sons and daughters. Oholah is Samaria, and Oholibah is Jerusalem...

My Understanding: The only thing I know for sure right now is that the way this small pile of clean clothing was handed to me was the same way a US flag is handed to a family member of a fallen soldier, so "death", i.e. "blood on the hands" was definitely a part of this. Other than that, I don't know yet since I was sick when I had this dream.

The news article that the Lord led me to in relation to this dream is the one titled Uses for $700 billion bailout money ever shifting - http://apnews.excite.com/article/20081025/D941J7IG0.html

The article basically states that the uses for the $700 billion bailout plan are constantly changing. First it was about buying devalued mortgage-backed securities from banks and then it was about using $250 billion to buy stakes in banks. This bailout plan became law three weeks ago and yet not a dollar of it yet has been spent according to this article.

Ok, the article went on to talk about TARP, which is short for troubled asset relief program. The article states that critics note that tarps are used to cover things up. Well, in my dream, I gave a bedspread, i.e. a bed covering to someone but it was dirty and she said she would wash it, i.e. launder it. To launder something means to pass illegally acquired money through a legitimate business or bank account in order to disguise its illegal origins (Encarta).

Ok, Sen. Charles Schumer expressed concern about giving bailout bucks to banks for fear that they would use them to continue paying dividends on their common stock. He said he also fears that they might stuff the money under the proverbial mattress rather than make loans. This could be why the mattress we are giving this woman in the dream is thick rather than thin. A bank mattress is a device that is used to protect a bank from erosion. But, I don't completely understand what that means.

Ok, the article continues with a discussion about the Treasury hiring the Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (BK) as custodian of TARP. So, I must be representing the Treasury in this dream and I am handing the dirty TARP to BK who then decides to launder it. Then the bank conducts reverse auctions to buy these toxic securities on behalf of the Treasury. The passage of scripture talks about two adulterous sisters. In this case it sounds like at least the second one is the US Treasury/Government. She defiled herself with all the idols of everyone she lusted after. Then the Babylonians came to her mattress i.e. bed of love and in their lust they defiled her. Basically, the US government is being compared here to a prostitute going after all her lovers. But the Lord says that he will turn her over to her lovers and that they will punish her according to their standards. Maybe that is the laundry being handed back like a US flag to the family of a fallen soldier. They will deal with the US government with hatred and will take everything away they have worked for. The Lord will put our sisters cup into the hand of the US Treasury/Government.

Something I saw in the Ezekiel sisters, was the gradual acceptance of something they were probably coerced into doing while they were innocent. They probably started with the need for money, and eventually turned the side income into a career, then into a lifestyle and obsession.

Their perceptions of themselves might not have changed, as they continued to justify getting deeper into the practice. They found perks in the activity -- the attention of handsome men. But this soured over time.

Very few of us can say that we didn't get too far into something we weren't completely comfortable with. Whether it was poor financial decisions, abusive relationships, dead-end jobs... or on a larger scale, macroeconomic and international decisions.

Things that tend to look slightly compromising but manageable at the outset, can easily entangle us. In the beginning, we keep our barriers at a safe level, but give in to more if we don't completely turn around and stop the pattern.

The laundry dream seems very much like Palin's character, and her reputation for cleaning up corruption. If she were in a new administration, they might prefer she didn't do the laundry, but she would tend to be determined to clean it up on her own -- that is a proven strength of hers.

I was watching the news this evening and realized that what is handed back to the Treasury is stock ownership in the banks. I am not versatile on the subject of "money laundering," but I do believe the Lord is comparing these actions by the federal government, i.e. the US Treasury, as "money laundering."

Thanks! I can certainly see what you are saying here. I can identify with the sisters in areas of my past life, and yes, this "prostitution" of ourselves is certainly not limited to sexual promiscuity, which is the point of the illustration. The Lord loves to use pictures that help us to see how he views our sin.

As far as the "laundry" is concerned, I believe the Lord is using it here in a different context from "cleaning up Washington" to "money laundering" by the federal government via the US Treasury and this bailout money being invested into our banking system in return for the government's partial ownership of the banks.

THE DREAM: There were three people in this house me, my husband and a German-American girl who lived with us in real life for six months. Well call her Lan. Lan needed to go into work in the middle of the night. I offered to go with her; to carpool with her. We both took showers. She took her shower, which was on the left, with the door to the bathroom open and the lights out, but she did have the curtain drawn most of the way, though she seemed to be peaking out from behind it. My husband got up and got dressed to go, too, but he didnt take a shower. He had on a suit that was way too big for him (oversized) to wear. I was thinking that I would ride there with Lan but then ride home with my husband.

We went to some kind of concert or public event of some kind. There were little round tables with chairs all around in this very large room. We were instructed that the seats close up were $685, but we could sit for free further back. So, we sat down at a table that we thought was further back. We each had something to drink. Then an official came by our table. We asked him about our seats and he informed us that we were sitting in the $685 seats. We told him that we didnt have $685, but we would be glad to pay for our drinks and then leave or sit in the free seats.

When we got somewhere else, there were people speaking in German. Either Lan (who is bilingual) or my husband (who speaks German in real life, but not fluently) surprised the German-speaking people by speaking in German to them. The German people said something to us about how someone was using a desktop computer that we had in our military sons room to tap into for the purpose of government spying of some kind. They said the computer must be a computer server. I said, No, my husband has a server that he bought for $700 and we dont have another server. But, they were convinced that the computer in the middle of the house in our military sons room was being used for some kind of government spying.

The dream ended with us trying to resolve this whole spying mess with the computer. We (not sure who) talked about if we changed what we were doing that they couldnt see us or they couldnt have access or something like that. END

My Understanding: The Lord is using the shower here to illustrate this pot, i.e. the capitol city of the USA. He is using this German-American girl to illustrate, I believe, the socialist leanings of our present administration and/or ties to the German government. The pieces of meat to go into the shower would be our presidents cabinet and congress. God was angry with Jerusalem because she did nothing to atone (cover) for her bloodshed. The German-American girl in this dream did not close the door to the bathroom and she showered in the dark, which is illustrative of our government unashamed actions that evoke Gods vengeance.

My husband, in the dream, did not take a shower and he was wearing an oversized suit. He often symbolizes George Bush in my dreams and since George is the head of the household in America, it looks as though that is who the Lord is addressing here. In v. 13 it states, Now your impurity is lewdness. I saw the oversized suit first of all as dressing up to look bigger and more righteous than what you really are and the suit doesnt fit. I also thought of men who are perverts (lewdness) who wear overcoats that are too big for them. And, v. 23 states that they will waste away because of their sins, which would be another reason the suit might be too big.

God is saying that he had previously cleansed Jerusalem, i.e. in this case the government of the USA, but our government, in particular our president is still unclean. He became dirty again with the filthiness of his bloodshed (see news story 10.27.08 about the US attack inside Syria). The Lords judgment will now complete the work of cleaning in order to purify our nation/government, but we wont be purified until Gods wrath ceases.

As far as the rest of the dream goes, I believe it is tied in with this bailout money, again. The financial services roundtable contacted the Treasury and requested more than the planned $250 B for bank stock purchases to include insurers, auto companies, etc. I think the $685 reflects that growth. And, our government doesnt have the money. It is possible that the Lord is saying here the reason is that the government spent it on spying. The article talks about bailouts for firms controlled by foreign (Germany?) banks. I believe the fact that when we learned we had to pay $685 and we didnt have it and we were willing to walk away talks about how the Lord says we wont weep or mourn but we will waste away (because all we got was water).

I was at my aunt and uncles house, only usually in my dreams it is their real house, but in this dream it is not. My aunt and uncle have been deceased in real life for a long time. And, my Uncle was a German-American.

This house was very big. Inside the door was a large open room and there was a very wide set of stairs that went up to a balcony area on which sat a grand piano. The house had several large rooms. One of the rooms upstairs had to be kept closed all the time because it was so cold in there. It had glass walls and a glass entry door on the outside wall of the room. Downstairs there was a fireplace. I lit the fire in the fireplace and I did two other things that brought fire and/or heat of some kind to the house.

It was a Sunday morning. My mom (also deceased in real life) or my aunt (her sister) tried to get me to go to traditional church with her, but I said I was going to stay home. She ragged on me about not going. I told her that I grew more in my relationship with the Lord at home than I did in any organized religion. I said something to the effect to her that she should show me Jesus at home. I saw hypocrisy in her because she didnt talk with me about Jesus at home but she wanted me to go with her to church. My mom and my aunt were both very legalistic my aunt more than my mom. END

My Understanding: What I understand so far is that this is speaking of the dead apostate church (house of the dead, basically). I dont know yet if there is a connection to Germany. I see the wide stairs as the broad road that many travel that they think is going to lead them to heaven, but it sends them straight to hell. The cold room sounds like a mortuary.

The fireplace is a place of warmth, but a fire also represents the fire of the Holy Spirit, too. The fact that I was lighting the fire in 3 different ways sounds as though the Lord (Father, Son & Holy Spirit) are involved here in trying to light a fire in this old dead church. But, the church is still clinging to tradition.

My mother and/or my aunt (both deceased) tried to get me to go with them to some type of orthodox legalistic traditional church but I preferred to stay at home by the warmth of the fire. I sensed there was hypocrisy here because they didnt talk about Jesus during the week but they felt it was important to go to a particular building on a Sunday morning like it was necessary for my spiritual life. My mothers family and my fathers, too, were very legalistic.

So many people think if you attend a church building (sanctuary) on a Sunday morning that it is a mark that you are a Christian. What they dont realize is that the true sanctuary is not found in a building built by human hands nor is it found in dead religious practices, but the true sanctuary is found in the hearts of Gods servants who daily sit by the fire.

Aha: to express triumphant satisfaction or excitement when discovering something. Desecrate: To damage something sacred, or do something that is offensive to the religious nature of something (Encarta).

So, someone is expressing triumphant excitement over discovering that the Lords true sanctuary (human hearts) is being damaged. The thing that was over the sanctuary was a balcony with a grand piano that you got to by climbing wide stairs. Clapping hands and stamping feet definitely gives a picture of music. So, this sounds like persecution against Gods children.

Tuesday, October 28, 2008 Well, this morning I was inquiring of the Lord again concerning this church we have been attending for about a month now. As you may recall, two weeks ago today I attended a seniors meeting at the church. It began with choir practice and then they had special guest artists who mimicked famous singers and dancers throughout history. This was in honor of the churchs 100th anniversary.

They had senior citizens lip syncing and dancing. One number had the women tap dancing. I like tap dancing. Yet, they were wearing skirts that were slit high up on the sides and they were shaking their legs in a sensual manner in front of men. I had to look away. And, then they had a woman lip sync the song Cant Say No about a woman who could not say No to mens sexual advances. And, the people of the church applauded, including the pastor. Then, they had a woman dressed up like Marilyn Monroe singing Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend. I had to walk out on that one. We all know what she stood for and yet the people clapped their hands. I went up stairs and cried and prayed. They were applauding the grasp sin had on the lives of people instead of weeping over it.

The following evening at church the pastor talked about evil that was in the world and he directed all his comments to the evil existing outside the church. I knew as surely as I knew anything that this was one of those times the Lord said speak, and so I opened my mouth and allowed the Holy Spirit to speak through me concerning the evil that they brought right into the church and how they applauded it. The Lord said that they would not have brought this same show into the sanctuary of the church, and yet they did because I am the sanctuary and you are the sanctuary and he is and she is the sanctuary. This outside group, then, basically desecrated Gods sanctuary and the people and the church leaders clapped their hands and stamped their feet, rejoicing over this.

When the Holy Spirit finished speaking through me, I stopped. The pastor just ignored what was said and went on with his lesson as though I was a bug that was on his shoulder that he just flicked off. And, that was the end of it.

It is interesting that the Lord gave me this dream on Sunday morning. We havent gone the past two Sundays because Ive had the flu both weekends, so I was praying again this morning about whether or not the Lord would have us go back there. I believe he gave me my answer.

My Understanding: Sarah Palin says Obama would create a nanny state if elected and that he has a big government agenda. She labeled Obamas plan to provide tax credits to lower and middle-income wage-earners the philosophy of government taking more, which is a misuse of the power to tax. And, she accuses Obama of having a socialism agenda. Well, God is saying that this is the agenda of President Bush, his administration and he has the cooperation of enough of Congress to do what he is doing in turning this country toward a nanny state, socialism, and I believe a police state. There is no right and left. Theyre all one.

I believe that is what the Lord is showing in this vision with everyone sitting all at one huge reception desk. And, it is the right (east) with the big guns shooting across the room of people who are all sitting at one desk socialism and big government. Maybe the point of the Halloween masks is to present an image that Barack Obama would take us into a nanny state all the while our present administration is making all the plans behind the scenes right under the noses of the American people to do just that, and I dont think we are that far away from the realization of it, either.

In this second article (quoted above in part), Bush urges patience in this economic crisis patience so he and the government of the USA can put into place what they have been planning all along. The Lord keeps showing me over and over again that it doesnt matter who is in office because our whole government is crooked and they are all working together toward the same goal socialism. They are not working for the American people.

Bush addressed the anxiety about the financial meltdown, but I believe the Lord is saying Bush is going to be the one to melt down. He is not thinking about the future of the American people. He and our government have a sinister plan in motion to do away with America as we know it and to lead us into a Hitler-type regime as was seen during WWII. The Lord keeps showing that he is going to judge them by bringing their enemies against them from the east and the south. Then they will know that God is the LORD.

The severed forearm and hand were thrown away in the trash. The forearm and hand looked fake. Then, I saw a young woman with a bonnet on her head putting a garment on over her head and the neck of the garment got as far as just below her nose and stopped, covering her mouth. My Understanding: This is about this TV interview, but it is about more than just the interview, but what is behind Joe Bidens and the Obama teams reaction to the questions asked. This political race is a war zone and there have been many casualties and injuries along the way. Interviews with tough questions are part of the war game. Like I always tell my grandchildren, if you dont like the rules of the game, then dont play it if you cant handle it when another player bumps you off and sends you back to home in the game of Sorry. I said, Thats the way the game is played. And, these candidates sometimes act just like little children.

So, Barbara West of WFTV in Florida (the south) asked some tough questions. I heard them. I felt they were fair game and not unreasonable at all. But, the Obama camp did not like them, so they cancelled any future interviews and stated that any further opportunities to interview with the Obama campaign were unlikely, at best. It just so reminded me of a child who doesnt get his or her way and so takes his toys and goes home in order to punish the other children who are not giving him what he wants. This is called blackmail in my book. And, that is what this move by the Obama camp sounds like, too.

The severed hand and forearm with the silver at the end of it (money) that was cut off, I believe represents the Obama campaign cutting off WFTV after the interview. The fact that the Obama camp said that any further opportunities were unlikely, at best, is like just throwing the hand that feeds you into the trash. A head bonnet is a symbol of submission and since it is tied around the neck, it can also symbolize some type of bondage, like a yoke is placed on the neck of an animal, so slavery of some type. And, then the neck of the garment got as far as just above the mouth and stopped there, covering the mouth, which is a symbol of silencing someone, I believe. In this case it is like censorship.

In the scripture passage it talks about a person or country taking revenge on someone else and becoming guilty by doing so. Well, I see that as applying to this story about Biden and the Obama camp basically making Barbara West and WFTV pay for asking tough questions. Sometimes when you protest too much it makes you look guilty in the process. Bidens reaction, I believe, has caused people to question even more what the Obama camps real political agenda is.

In the second part of this passage of scripture it speaks of revenge with malice and with ancient hostility, so this has been going on for a long time, which is why this woman in the vision aged like 100 years and grew in size. My husband thinks it is a north against south kind of thing mainly because the south tends to vote Republican more than they vote democrat, traditionally. So, it isnt just this woman who is being silenced, but the voice of the south.

The Lord does not like this kind of treatment of one brother against another hatred, prejudice, revenge, malice, hostility based in historical prejudices, etc., and so he says he is going to carry out great vengeance on them and punish them in his wrath. The Bible says, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord (Ro 12:19b).

In this second article (quoted above in part), Bush urges patience in this economic crisis – patience so he and the government of the USA can put into place what they have been planning all along. The Lord keeps showing me over and over again that it doesn’t matter who is in office because our whole government is crooked and they are all working together toward the same goal – socialism. They are not working for the American people.

Bush addressed the anxiety about the financial meltdown, but I believe the Lord is saying Bush is going to be the one to “melt down.” He is not thinking about the future of the American people. He and our government have a sinister plan in motion to do away with America as we know it and to lead us into a Hitler-type regime as was seen during WWII. The Lord keeps showing that he is going to judge them by bringing their enemies against them from the east and the south. Then they will know that God is the LORD.
