Well... best of luck to you all. I hate to see you leave. Really, it seems like they're just going back to the same CF they had when we all first joined up. Can't say I'm really disappointed. I kept quiet and didn't raise a fuss when everything was changed, but I won't frown on you all for making your decisions.

Hmmmm, this place has been too quiet for too long. Let's have a little fun.
With the ongoing economic struggle being felt in the US, the skyrocketing cost of fuels, and the possibility of budget cuts in the not-too-distant future, the US military is already exploring ways to reduce costs in transportation.
Some of us are concerned that the substitutions being selected for traditional transportation may be excessive, and may drastically affect how our service people are able to perform their duties.
Here are some examples of the cost saving initiatives:
The platoon known as the Green Knights will be drilled in the age-old style of battle known as Jousting.
Ground troops will be making more use of "Indigenous Transportation."
The standard Ground Assault Vehicle has been drastically down-sized.
The Navy is having significant difficulties in finding a suitable substitute for jet fighters...
...although the Marines are having slightly better results...
...and the Air Force has fallen back to down-sizing.
Although not a popular solution, I must say, I feel one of the best solutions has been presented by certain Wiccans serving in the U.S. Army.
And while I realize that one of our most effective weapons is a highly motivated Marine, this may be taking things a little too far.
