Just finished Chayatocha by Shane Johnson, which was very different, but I enjoyed it. Next on my list is The Last Sin Eater by Francine Rivers which will be my first by her.Loved the movie by Michael Landon Jr.

I tend to have several books going at the same time. When I get bored of one I read another for a few days, then switch back. Just now though I'm mostly reading Post Charismatic?, which is basically a book about how and why many people (including myself) have become disillusioned with the Charismatic movements in the past. It details a lot of modern church history which I'm finding to be very fascinating. It's amazing how much false and fantastic doctrine still permeates a lot of our current teachings.

Rupert Christiansen The Victorian Visitors: Culture Shock in 19C Britain
Interesting and often hilarious accounts of how various famous foreigners reacted to their sojourns in Britain (mainly London)!
