Psalm 78:1-4 . . .
We will not hide these Truths from our Children
but will tell the next generation about the
Glorious Deeds of the LORD.

From the past we learn Wise Lessons
of GOD at Work.
We also learn from others-
what worked well and what didnt.
We learn not to repeat failure
and to how to Build on Successes.

These Trials are only to Test your Faith,
to show that it is Strong and Pure.

Where Satan tempts to destroy our Faith,
GOD Tests to Strengthen and Purify.

James 1:2-4 . . .
When your Faith is Tested,
your Endurance has a Chance to Grow.

Temptations, when resisted with GODs Help,
become Tests that Purify our Character.

Ephesians 4:15-16-NLT . . .
Instead, we will hold to the Truth in Love, becoming more and
more in every way like CHRIST, who is the head of HIS Body,
the church. Under HIS Direction, the whole body is fitted
together Perfectly. As each part does its own Special Work,
it helps the other Parts Grow, so that the whole body is
Healthy and Growing and Full of Love.

Each of us independently Develops a Loving, Relationship
with GOD and Others. Each of us Independently
must Obey GOD and be Accountable to HIM.
Each of us must Responsibly and Lovingly perform
the Tasks GOD has given to every individual as
part of HIS Body. We may do all of these things
in Concert with Other Individuals, but we are all Individuals.
Every TEAM is a Group of Individuals, Independent,
yet privileged to Work Together. The Virtue of all of
this is the Privilege of being our Own Person,
yet Functioning Beautifully Together as a TEAM!!

It is kept in Heaven for you, Pure and Undefiled,
beyond the reach of Change and Decay. And GOD,
in HIS Mighty Power, will Protect you until you Receive
this Salvation, because you are Trusting HIM!
It will be Revealed on the Last Day for All to See.

Revelation 3:5 . . .
All who are Victorious will be Clothed in White.
I will never erase their names from the Book of Life,
but I will announce before my Father and HIS Angels
that they are Mine.

GOD has Promised to Save us when
we Accept HIS SON, JESUS CHRIST,
as Our Savior....
GOD Always Keeps HIS Promises!!

Here is a link to a video with Richard Wurmbrand...he was tortured by the Communists for many years in Europe. Notice the smile and joy that comes out of this saint. The tape is a little long and the sound not always the best, but the message gets through.

He is an encouragement to any who know suffering for a long time.

Sometimes we Willingly Suffer because we
must take a Stand for CHRIST...

James 1:3 . . .
When your Faith is Tested,

it will Help us Grow and Mature.

2 Timothy 3:12 . . .
Yes, and Everyone who wants to Live a Godly
Life in CHRIST JESUS will Suffer Persecution.

The World hates CHRIST, so when we Identify with HIM,
we can Expect the World that Inflicted Suffering on HIM
to also Inflict Suffering on Us also.

Many times the enemy of our souls will come to reproach us, and attempt to make us give up hope. But the Lord has sent from heaven Jesus, our Deliverer, to give us aid whenever we call. He is our merciful High Priest who performs on our behalf. We can find shelter in the shadow of His wings even in destructive storms. He is merciful and gracious.

Our physical bodies are victim to physical ailments.
But our souls are also victim to spiritual ailments.
GOD can heal either or both.

Psalm 73:26 . . .
My Health may fail, and
my Spirit may grow weak,
but GOD Remains the Strength of my Heart;
HE is Mine Forever.

Whether we have good health or poor health,
we must rely on GOD for Strength of Spirit.
HE gives us the Strength to hold on to our
Hope of Eternal Life where there will be no
more health problems!

Sometimes we feel far away from God and wonder where He is.

Answer is, right there!

Psalms 139:7-10 Where can I go to escape your spirit?
Where can I flee to escape your presence?
If I were to ascend to heaven, you would be there.
If I were to sprawl out in Sheol, there you would be.
If I were to fly away on the wings of the dawn,
and settle down on the other side of the sea,
even there your hand would guide me,
your right hand would grab hold of me.

He is always with us!!

When others wrong us, we cry out for Justice.
When we wrong GOD, we cry out for Mercy.

Fortunately, GOD is Merciful. But if we dont accept HIS
Merciful Gift of Salvation, we are Subject to GODs Justice,
the Punishment of Eternal Death and Separation from GOD!!

Until GOD sets up HIS Eternal Kingdom, where Perfect Justice
Prevails, Justice will continue to be needed here on earth-
both GODs Justice to urge us toward HIS Kingdom, and
Law and Order to keep Anarchy from Ruling.

But we would do well to learn some lessons about GODs
Mercy as we Mete out Justice. While Justice Provides Law
and Order, Mercy Provides Hope and Forgiveness---
GODs Formula for Restoration!!

wealth, income, and the like. More important,
Giving is Sharing Self!!

Giving is a most remarkable concept,
originating in the heart of a Giving GOD,
a GOD who pours forth more Blessings
on HIS People than we can ever Deserve
or Expect!!

The gift of Life,
The gift of Love,
The gift of Salvation,
The gift of Eternity in Heaven-

All of these are Priceless!!!

The possessions we have are generally a tangible result of
what we have invested in time and energy and talent.
But who we are-our Character-is always a direct result
of what we have invested of ourselves with GOD and Others.

And One of the Great and Unique Promises of the Bible
is that the More we Give, the More we Receive-not necessarily
in material possessions, but in Spiritual and Eternal Rewards.
