but if that is all there is to it, why sacrifice Christ? mitzvot were meant to be kept before what would be different now? there is much more to life and righteousness than mitzvot observance or shunning of mitzvot.
Heb 9:22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.

1Co 15:45 Thus it is written, "The first man Adam became a living being"; the last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

The first man Adam was created in the image of God. The second man Adam was the first-born of all creation, the image of God, sent into the world to be the 'lamb of God' the perfect blood that takes away sin.

Just as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the man of heaven.

Sin came into the world by the first man Adam, by the second man Adam
is born from above.
1Co 15:47 The first man was from the earth, a man of dust; the second man is from heaven.

The next day he saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!
By Adam man was tainted and made unclean before the Lord, Yeshua did not sin, but could have, therefore a perfect lamb that removes the "Sin" of the "World".
Because we believe what the bible has made apparent to us, we are made clean by "His" perfect blood being shed for us, we then obey what the 'word of God' has spoken; "Go and sin no more." "Keep the commandments." "Follow/imitate me."
If you do what he said, you will do what he did. What did Yeshua do?
He followed the commandments he gave to Moshe. If you do like wise you shall no doubt inter into the Kingdom of the Heavens.

ah, but I'm sure here we differ because I see the follow first, and the imitate and keeping coming from that, not the other way around as is parseled out by christianity all over. without relationship there is no obedience, but struggle.
Ahhha! The 'back of the book, Christianity'! Since they do away with the first, all they need is the last. LOL

Sorry, but you are wrong! By that, you only have salvation. Then you think you will get into the kingdom by just believing. Even demons believe!

To get into the Kingdom one must "Shema v'shamar."

Check it out. to be saved. Believe! By hearing. Get into the Kingdom, by hearing and Observing!

Because it is the way HaShem deemed it right to walk with him. But realized that we cannot do it all alone, we are like sheep, we go astray and follow after our own desires and go away from him. Yeshua was to bring us back to him.
