Can God create a dress ex nihilo that is so old, it would fall apart if anything touched it?

If you applied as much mental effort to understanding what people on this forum explain to you as you do coming up with these questions of yours you'd be far better off.

What YHWH has created, I suppose He can uncreate it.
Remember the plant and worm in Jonah?

http://www.scripture4all.org/

Jonah 4:6 Now Yahweh Elohiym appointed a gourd, and caused it to come up over Jonah, that it might be a shade over his head, to deliver him from his vexation,--and Jonah rejoiced over the gourd, with great rejoicing. 7 But Elohiym appointed a worm, at the uprisings of the dawn, the next day,--and it smote the gourd, that it withered.

Assuming a God exists and assuming that God had the power to create things ex nihilo then it would seem probable that he could. That said, if you already believe that God can create things ex nihilo then this question is rather pointless because creating an old dress is not an infinite regression problem like some other similiarly phrased questions.

Only if God is prepared to be a deceiver by creating an object that appears to be far older than it really is, to be made by humans instead of a God, etc and so forth.
What do you mean "appears to be far older than it really is"? You mean the dress isn't old at all?

Can Flash outrun Superman?

The Barry Allen incarnation of The Flash is able to vibrate so fast the he converts himself into pure energy, as witnessed during the Crisis on Infinite Earths. We also note his ability to travel fast enough to go back in time. Superman also showed the ability to go back in time in the original movie (1978), and is displayed in post-Crisis comics as being able to turn into a manifestation of the electromagnetic field. Original Superman was fast, being able to run faster than any human, and even when that was upped to being able to outrun a bullet he was still slower than the Jay Garrick incarnation of the Flash who is able to vibrate fast enough to avoid being photographed. In the current time there is no definitive way of saying which is faster. However, we see that the Flash is adversely affected by very fast (near light) speed travel, whereas Superman does not seem to be affected by it. So, until you narrow down the parameters I don't know that there is a solid answer for this.
