My Embedded Nasal Ruby Challenge

I speak a ruby into existence ex nihilo into my nose on 11 Jul 08 with a micro-message inside the ruby saying I spoke this ruby into existence ex nihilo inside my nose on 11 Jul 08.

Since the ruby was created "ex nihilo", it did not have to actually be small enough to fit inside my nose, since I must be God and God can do anything!
