The bible does not promise eternal life, use your brain,
Actually, this depends on who you ask. Ask ten different Christians and you'll get ten different answers. Then most will tell you they've attained their understanding of the Bible's promises via the Holy Spirit.
the bible actaully promises life for the ages to come(aions of the aions) after the great white throne judgement seat of God Almighty.
Which happens to be what you've accepted, but is no more evidenced or confirmable than any other interpretation. Thusly, you have a blind-assertion and nothing more, yet present it as though it were factual. It's an unsupported belief and would be most accurately presented as such.
That is when this mortal shall put on immortality this corruptable incorruptability.
Speaking in contradictions is nothing unusual for those promoting Christianity, though I can't recall the last time I saw a complete contradiction presented in just two words.
Blind assertion. Until you can demonstrate that God does indeed exist, you can't really present any credible claim concerning his period of duration.
nor is mankind punished for his finite sins with infinate torture,
Again, this is a blind-assertion intended to counter the blind-assertions of other Christians. From a productivity stand-point, it's equal to;
"Is too!".. "Is not!!".
to say God would do this is actually blaspehming his benevolent nature as God is love and asks us to love our enemies and to be kind to evil (Luke 6:35-36) do you worship or could you worship a God that only says rather than does what He say's!?.
Well, if you want to get analytical about it (and I think that's a good thing), the idea of blasphemy is itself, completely self-refuting. Can you imagine a president who dedicates his efforts and demands the military to pursue an individual just because they didn't vote for him and spoke negatively and outwardly toward him?
Most people would quickly see that as being terribly childish, immature and a strong reason to doubt his ability to make important objective assessments. Yet unfortunately, people buy into this whole blasphemy idea as though it didn't paint God as being childish, emotional and incapable of reacting objectively.
To use the words of Mark Twain;
Blasphemy? No, it isn't blasphemy. For if God is as great as all that he is above blasphemy. And if he's not, then he's beneath it."
Like it or not there is a lot of wisdom and logic in those words. Put still another way, to suggest that God is so petty and childish as to even be concerned that someone would refer to him in an unkind, negative or even fallacious way is a disservice to the proclaimed nature of God. To proclaim blasphemy, is to commit blasphemy.
As time progresses it should become more apparent that there is a bit more involved in participating in GA than presenting a list of "Hell and Brimstone" (or even "Love and Benevolence"), assertions. Here you'll need to actually support such claims and you'll likely find this none to simple when you discover that many here find no magic or divinity behind the Bible and can actually demonstrate much of the Bible to be completely contrary to reality, to Christianity, and even to itself.
Venture forward; your awakening lies in wait. (Welcome to GA!)
