We are looking into the banking stuff again - it should simply be a matter of configuration so I have asked the staff to look into it further.

Many have been asking about the bank for so long they have quit asking??? You posted on June 10th nearly a month ago that you were working on it? It is simply a matter of configuration ??? :doh:

My question was why would staff look at it again...

What I mean is why would the staff be doing it and not the techs?

on my site and let me tell you, it was no easy task, took me months to profect it some what and if it's not set right people would get millons with just one click of a button they also have to have the right add-ons for it as well not to mention make more room on the Navbar for it and other feature that will be added to the site. It's not easy and very time consuming for each user groups :doh:

Hope this helps many understand somewhat what they may be going through.

I actually spent time debugging it to see if any problems were occurring and none were; the staff "simply" need to configure it properly.

With the number of options the app has, and the number of groups this site has (and the number of different configuration variations I've had requested) it is going to take a long time, especially considering it's not the only thing being worked on.

A few of the other staff members have taken over the duty since there isn't much I can do that they cannot.

Just a question, if your no longer working on the bank, and the staff is now working on the bank..why werent the staff working on the bank 2 mos ago if its not a TECH thing but a STAFF thing..im a bit confused

Also, a question for you Sir Adrian...
When will a blessing icon be put in our posts?

Ok, I see that we can "deposit" funds into the bank, but there put on hold awaiting approval.

Who approves the deposit, and will this happen for each deposit ?

mine is pending too...i think they probably need to change something..they cant manually approve every deposit..it will be mayhem

The wrong settings were applied; it's not supposed to moderate deposits. It should be fixed now. We can manually approve deposits that occurred prior to the fix.
