To address your concern about forum rules, perhaps you should inform the administration. Nothing I have said violates the rules. To be sure, I have been vehement in my belief in the utter impotence of the Shinto religion to impart any spiritual benefit to the believer, as well as it's absolute falsehood. Is this "stalking and harassment?" All of my comments have been in a public forum, and in response to public comments that you have made. If you make a post, you should expect a response. More importantly, if you write about false religions on a Christian forum, it is entirely within the realm of reason for a Christian to firmly state his belief in the inability of false religions to save the human soul. This forum's rules require respect of other posters (something I joyfully render to all people unless they prove unworthy of it). But to the extent that I properly understand the rules, it does not require respect of other religions. I cannot in good conscience respect a religion that I know to be false, and I am compelled against my will to speak of this religion in the manner that all lies deserve. However, as long as you level the charge of harassment against me, I would remind you of your own words in your less than charitable private message to me yesterday:

I'm not really sure, and I can only speculate. But I think you know that your worship of the sun is of no avail, because the reasons you give for doing this worship seem to be purely arbitrary. Instead of a discussion (or even debate) on the basis of logic and reason, you've responded with vitriol and racism.
You can yell at me all you like, but it will never absolve you of your responsibility to ask why you really worship the sun.

Ya might have something there because at least we can see the Sun, Moon and Stars to worship if ever need be. Those be Natural lights in the sky.
Biblicall, the Sun Moon and Stars can also be "False Lights", that only shine on the "earthly" creation while the True spiritual Lights shine from Within those who come to know the True Life and Light of the Bible, Jesus Christ and YHWH His Father. AMEN!

It takes a minimum of two to feud. If you believe that I have made use of ad hominem attacks, then please tell me. I have no intention of fighting with anyone. At the same time, you know very well that I have always stood against all non-Christian religions, insisting that they are false and sure roads to eternal condemnation. Therefore I cannot compromise on my position that the Shinto religion (and all other non-Christian faiths) is not a legitimate means of communion with the Deity.

Still, consider the fact that your Tenno has all of that honor because his subjects used to kneel and obediently give up all of their self respect to him. While it brought him honor, it didn't bring any honor to them. Conversly in modern Japan and the United States we retain our own individual honor and based upon that we select our leaders to serve us on our behalf.
You're a voluntary serf, we're free citizens. And we're just as impressed by your Tenno as you are impressed by our Presidents. The only difference is it actually matters in your case.

Not all of us have the luxury of spending hours on end at a forum. This is a particularly taxing time for me, considering most of my exams are taking place right now. If I can't respond to every post in this thread and on this forum, understand that it's because I might have other pressing matters. My previous post in this thread was my first in almost a month.
Now, with respect to that post, I'm going to assume that you actually read it and if you did read it, you would know that I was talking about the fundamental tenets of his religion. I'm not going to let his childishness taint the beauty of his religion. I don't intend to allow his behaviour to constrain my views of his religion.
But, I am aware that I'm now speaking to a person who once used an arbitrary post in an arbitrary forum to make crass generalizations about a religion of over a billion people. I'm also aware that when a Christian entered this forum and began posting racist rants, you clamored for me and a few others in this forum to not perceive that post to be representative of your religion. So, you can probably understand why it's somewhat amusing to hear you speak about some supposed case of double standards now.
Akira is making the same mistake you made in the past. He depends upon racist generalizations about Indians to make foolish points. He doesn't understand that most Indians are in the same boat as him when it comes their religion being marginalized and disparaged by misguided Christians like yourself.
