Yeah, I usually stay pretty close to this one during the day, however! Yes, the new CF takes some adjustment, but we'll figure it out with time! Why have you been lonely?

I dunno. I am a site supporter. I guess they'll let us know. I'm pretty sure they won't discontinue that.

There are still things they are working on. It is not in it's "finished" state, as I understand it.

Yeah we had high winds down here too. LT walked to the mailbox to get the mail last night and said the whole area smelled like smoke. Turns out there was a brush fire about a mile away from us. Neighbors said due to winds we might have to evacuate. Lucky for us no evacuation.

Smelled like a nice bonfire on the beach..

I was thinking the same thing and was also going to inquire about her with BT. And beeg, did Troop decide just not to post over here anymore. I know that Jazzed e-mailed me that Plad could not because of the speed issue being too frustrating with his computer set-up, but what about Troop?

kaykay, you guys hot today? LOL...it is 91 here with 97 heat index and very slight breeze, the kind of day you wanna get in the pool, but alas I have year end I am working on, a piece for the paper, 1 call to finish and get ready for a meeting tonight. I couldn't get in anyway cause I got burned last Saturday and it is still reddish looking.....swim only in the late evenings now.

Where is everyone at? This place use to be hopping but since the changeover no one posts anymore...

I was wondering what happened to troop as well, and plad, but now I saw he cannot because of his connection. I know weather is full with school being just out, and has anyonehad an update from Pay lately? I was thinking of her last night.

I'm here!! During the daytime, I'm always pretty close to this thread!
It's been lower 90's with not much humidity so heat's been pretty tolerable... at least for here. What we ARE Having is this really bizarro wind! It's been windy like this for 3 days now. We are talking significant wind here, folks! When a girl from West Texas (where it's VERY windy) says it's windy, it's WINDY!!!!!

I got a pm from Pay last week-end. Her father is still really battling the cancer. Is home from the hospital but she said they almost lost him that last time. Yeah, take care of your skin, angel. When you're my age, you'll be glad you did!

that sucks for Pay, I remember how tough it is when my dad was battling cancer. sigh.

Windy eh? So you guys are just full of hot air???? LOL

Yep, my skin hardly ever burns, but I have not been in the sun a lot the last couple of years and for some reason it got burned last week. I am babying it. I bet I have not been burned 4 times in my lifetime!

I'm really hitting the paperwork today staying afloat. End of June is end of year for water and I want everything put into place. A lot of reports to fill and send in to health department, publish in paper, etc. Plus all these meetings..I need an assisstant but we are in growing pains and they cannot see where they can justify one especially since they still only pay me PART_TIME...sigh.
