[Initial problem:

I cannot have a background, if I do then I cannot see the items.

When I did have a background, the character items did not track and so the eyebrows were too far to the left or right, or too high or too low. The mouth was where the neck should be or it was hovering over where the nose should be. It is definitely not fine-tuned (or in Spanglish: atunado).

If I place the items on my character, then when I install the background scene like the beach, I appear like a ghost with a blue face.]

hey Elizabeth. Here what to do.. go and add background and then hit the button that says layerdown... i think keep clicking it until all items reappear... You will NOT have to do it again...the character will appear again layer by layer... just keep clikcing...

Okay, and then it appears as if I am levitating.

I will do it and show it to you. When I tried to move my character, then everything went wrong.

Do not move it... just find a background that you can stay where you are now... There are some with beach chairs...

Hi Philothei!

My day has been very sleepy, very quiet. It is afternoon, as I type this it's 2:24pm. I really haven't done anything interesting, and that's a nice change from the crazy!

Yesterday I wrote an 'in class' essay - I wrote it under timed conditions, not having seen the question before, supervised, by hand. But because I don't actually attend brick and mortar school, I have to get someone not-family to supervise. My Mum is a teacher though, so I just go to school with her those days and whatever teacher isn't doing anything at the time and needs a quiet room to do some test corrections or something watches me. I have a reputation for being good and not trying to cheat though, so it's no big deal. One teacher has a tendency to say "ok, time starts now. don't cheat." and then leave!

Vespers is tonight, YAY. I love Vespers.

You are a good student Kyriaki.... My daughter got an Aplus for religion... well... Ishould not be suprised with all the talk in this household....

Well, school will be over soon..."Koolkat" is coming out of school June 13th.
