URGENT Prayer request BLOCK OF LAND-Berwick

Please pray for this land, they told us it was our if we wanted it and now they saying it is goes to the highest offer. This was not the deal and as far as we know if it goes to the highest bidder, it consider an auction. It was up for buying not auction!
We were in 1st and as far as I know, it goes to the 1st person who put in the successful offer.

We need this block of land for my parents dream house.

Please pray for this block to be ours, we have no house of our own because of a fire, but we are renting & like to build a house of our own. The house we want to build this is the only land option. this house won't fit on any other block.we can't afford to rent forever.

Note; the price of land was agreed and now there changing there minds and they even said they were getting the paperwork ready this is private sale block of land with Grants real estate

EA,not sure but i think you have to have some kind of deposit for it to be binding ......... but it may just be word of mouth; either way praying this works out or that another better place comes up soon for you and your family :hug:

Just thought I would add that legally binding contracts normally require a written signature over word of mouth especially over a large purchase..
Praying for EA that the Lord have his way over the situation.

but that other block was promised. they were writting up the contracts and even ask parents to give them a deposite for the large land. We later found out they were running a fowl game and secretly auction to the highest person willing to pay. We did not get block.

We were able to get the deposite back. and we got a smaller block, doesn't quite fit the garage, but we can adjust the garage to make this house fit
