At least, it feels like it. I just found out how much I need to eat to reach my goal of 165 pounds of healthy mass (not just fat), and...wow...I have no idea how I'm going to do that...

10 oz. grains
5 oz. of that needs to be whole grains
4 cups veggies
3 cups of dark green vegetables a week
2.5 cups of orange vegetables a week
3.5 cups of dry beans & peas a week
9 cups of starchy vegetables a week
10 cups of other vegetables a week
2 1/2 cups fruit
3 cups milk
7 oz. Meat and beans
3200 calories

:scratch: Is it possible to eat that much? I'm 6'0", 130 pounds with a goal of 6'0", 165 pounds. Any pointers would be appreciated.

And yes, I have a workout plan.
