I still disagree but I would like to pursue knowledge elsewhere in an alternate thread. I also think it important to correct error where we can without strife (unless the issue is worth fighting over)what area do we take this to? General apologetics gets too antagonistic IMO is it apropriate in penticostal forum? i would genuinely rather be proven wrong than beleive an untruth.Extra sabbath on passover week is the answer to that... There are always two Sabbaths on passover week. The hurry was for the passover week sabbath and not the weekly sabbath. He was in the tomb three days....Friday afternoon until Saturday evening is only one day. I don't mind doing a thread on it.
I don't say these things lightly. I have researched scripture and history on the matter and speak out of that. The bottom line of the issue is that Easter and good Friday are Catholic traditions , not holidays prescribed by scripture. The concept of Jesus crucified and resurrected is sound but the traditions surrounding Easter are simply that , traditions.
I am in agreement about not derailing the thread. But I do think it relates to the prophetic thread to correct error when people choose to bring it up on the thread.
was this confirmation of his testimony? as in were you seeing what otherwise would have happened?Okay I am going to make it sure, which means also it's more likely to get read.
Example( shorten but basically is the same with out the details of the testimony and what happened and all)
There is someone I know who was giving a testimony about how Gpd spared their life from dieing at the hands of another person, like a random victim. He went on sharing his testimony, when I looked at his wife(both are extremely close to me, bascially are family in our eyes) but when I looked at her it looked like she was crying really hard I mean like really crying I didn't hear any noise but saw her really crying hard/bad. Then after I saw that I turned my head to the side alittle bit then blinked when I looked at her she wasn't crying at all, there was no tears coming down her face or anything. But I know without a doubt in my mind when I looked at her it looked as if she was crying really hard.
My thing/question is: Do you think I was just really feeling her spirit, Do you think I am crazy/Just seeing an allusion orsomething else.
I have feeling been thinking about this all day long. If you think I'm crazy it's okay I am pretty sure most of you don't think that(least I hope not)
