Ive heard lots of different ideas so Im not sure who to believe but if anyone knows what the best time of day to do your workout is I would appreciate it. Right now I usually do it in the afternoon around 3 or 4pm.
From my experience I would say that it doesn't really matter. You are burning the same amount of calories no matter what time of day it is. I choose to workout in the afternoon because that is when I have the most energy.Ive heard lots of different ideas so Im not sure who to believe but if anyone knows what the best time of day to do your workout is I would appreciate it. I just got done explaining this point in another thread. I think you are a copycatIt's true that you burn similar calories in the workout, itself, but remember that your body still burns calories after your workout is over (kind of like the way a steak continues to cook itself even after you take it off the grill). By working out earlier, you burn more calories throughout the day and you'll also find that you have more energy all day long.
