I've heard of BG2 before, and when I get a computer of my own and some cash next year I may buy it.

I read the ChristianAnswers review, it seems really no worse than anything else I have played and liked (they gave it a 3 out of 5, which is OK in my book usually, at least 2 games I really liked were 3 out of 5 there, the only ones I reject a priori are 1 out of 5 like Xenogears and Everquest )

Although it uses a battle and character classification similar to pen and paper, I personally don't see anything demonic or evil in that. . . nevertheless others might :sigh: so for now I had better not.

Maybe in a year or so though :)

OK, I asked what everyone's FAVORITE anime and/or RPG was.

Now I will flip that coin. . .

What is your LEAST favorite or severely disliked anime or RPG?

Favorite anime : Medabots ( )
Favorite RPG : Zelda IV: A Link to the Past

Least favorite anime: Haven't watched any offensive ones, due to being warned of them ( ).
Least favorite RPG : FFVII - played during a rental; highly offensive

I remember that show, AA! That was many years ago, ditto with Transformers and Astro Boy, LOL :D.

From a Samurai Pizza Cats website: "The show is named after the heroes of the show, three cats in a modern day samurai outfit. The name of the show, and even the opening theme indicate that the show is a parody on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ("We've got more fur than any Turtle ever had!"). Interesting detail: the Japanese version is called "Kyatto Ninden Teyande" which translates to "Ninja Legend Cats" Japanese titles rule, don't they?"

Oooo that's just what I was looking for.  Thanks A Sheep!  :)

And I do know all about the Saban thing...hehe...or $aban...'cause the company just cared about how much money they could make off of the Power Rangers franchise.  So says me, a very early Power Ranger fan.  ;)

FFVII: Blasphemy, the clothing on the "female" characters, mythological and religious entities, some of which are not made up from the writers' imaginations, swearing, etc. . .

In many games, the inclusion of some of these can be overlooked, and the use of magic can be overlooked by Christians and not affect mature Christians, but all of those aspects, as well as other aspects, together, do not add up to a game with any playability for a Christian .
