Morning Sapphie.

I'm sneezing and scratchy in the throat. I'm trying very hard to talk myself into yoga today....tell me I have to go. Really....tell me. If I don't I'll start to injure my back again. But I don't wanna.

Uh, yeah, you really want to do your yoga...like a root canal...*cough...uh, yeah! Go for it...

My nose is stuffy...with our 'lovely' weather lately...man..

I know once I get there, and about 5 minutes in I'll be happy, the class is really rather soothing, but the fuss and muss to drive across town, go through a blasting wind accross the parking lot, check in, drop purse and jacket in the lockers, get a good place in the room and set out the matt...then lay back to relax and wonder if i brought enough kleenex for my nose....

Thanks dear. I'm off to take the kids to school. I'll let you know if I make it there. (odds are not looking good, can you see what a pro I am at talking myself out of things?)

It's gloomy out, but it's cozy in.

Hey Sapphie! Hey Seeker! Good mid-morning to you ladies!

So, I DID make it to yoga today (and glad I did....I walked away with a fitness prayer mantra for the year...my goal is to be "strong enough to love"). I won't bore you with details, it's in my blog if you want to know more. But I am glad I went.

My head even unstuffed!...for now. LOL!

We have a winter storm watch starting tonight, and we had high winds with some new snow last night. We're going deep freeze below O degrees (Farenheit, that is) tonight. It looks like winter has arrived.

Gotta keep the coffee on it looks like.

Coffee sounds good. I had one cup, might be time for another...I am thinking caramel drizzle...chocolate silk...hm...vanilla biscotti....oh so many choices.

Poking my head in before I go to work!! drinking regular coffee today! Ran out of my good Vanilla creamer!

If you have any ice cream in the freezer, it works great as a substitute! So does vanilla extract with evaporated milk....richer yet, sweetended and condensed milk. Good luck!

I am having soup for lunch...then I am going to make me a coffee...still deciding on the flavor I want~ LOL

Me too! I'm eating a Healthy Request or something beef vegetable soup. It's o.k....nothing to brag about. But it's warm.

I am having chicken with long grain rice...good..warm...AND since I was sick last weekend, and lost 10 pounds...I am going to stay on this bland diet and lose, oh about another 140!

I am craving coffee, but my tummy hurts too much...don't know why, either.

We are going out somewhere to eat; just me and hubby and dd, going to buy our other dd a 4th birthday gift.

Hi ladies! It has started to snow here but the forecast keeps changing, so who knows how much we'll get.. . .

Got to have a Starbucks Caramel Macchaito this morning; then my afternoon went down hill. Now I'm cranky . . . . . . .

Will pop in every now and then tonight . . . maybe a good night's sleep will help my crankyness
