Sometimes we all feel down. Sometimes it is good just to talk about what is making us feel bad or down. No matter if you think it is not very important or not. If you want to you can here. Or you can Private message me like you did before.

Nothing is small if it is upsetting. However if you really feel violent then maybe you should seek someone who you can sit down and speak to. Such as a pastor or a therapist. I would not be able to give you the proper advice. But I a man ear and the offer still stands.

Sometimes even Christians feel as though they are alone. But I guarantee you, if you truly have God in your life, that He will always be with you. I pray that God will sustain you and bless you and help you pull through whatever you're going through.

However, you do need to make sure you have Him, just to be safe. I'm not trying to belittle you, but rather checking on you in love and compassion.

Here are 2 questions to ask yourself:

1. If I died right now, would I go to Heaven?

2. If I died and stood before God, and He asked me why He should let me into Heaven, what would I say?

After you've thought about these questions, read this next statement.

True salvation is only possible with true repentance. What I mean is that God has to call you and open your eyes to the reality and depths of your sin and it's consequence, as opposed to God's righteousness and salvation. When you've truly recognized this, you will want to admit your sins and will wish to turn from them. When you understand and recognize your sinfulness, and turn from those sins, and welcome Christ into your life, you will have salvation. So the only answer that you can give for question 2 is that sinless Jesus Christ sacrificed His life on a cross and lived again so that I may be saved from the just punishment for my sinfulness, an eternal Hell, seperated from God forever. We all deserve Hell, but it is because of Christ's love and compassion that we are saved when God takes us on as one of His children.

If you feel as though you're not a true Christian, but that you've been brought to a realization of your sins, don't resist the awesome, gracious gift of God's Son, for nothing can compare to it. He can give you freedom from sin and thus, from eternal punishment.

Of course, regardless of whether or not you're sure you are a Christian, I humbly request that you go and talk to a pastor or church leader that you trust. They can really help in times of distress.

Whatever your situation, I pray that God will help you through it. If you're not a true Christian, I pray God calls you and shows you truth as He did for me, but if you are, I pray that God will sustain you, as He promises all His children in Psalm 23. May God bring you peace.

Future, I have moments like that. In fact I think emotionally men go through a "time of the month" like women do. I know at certain times of the month I have get very down. Little things that make no sense. things that never upset me do. It is strange. What I do is find someone else and tell them about it and then just hang out with them. A good hug is always good. ithink God made people in some sense to help others make sense of this world. Do you have someone that you can go to and jsut hang out and talk?

Future,

Okay. Just if you feel upset go to God and go to others. Do not let it stir up inside of you until it explodes. Also doing things for others is a great idea. I know I feel beter when I do things for others. In fact I think I get more out the experience then the other person did. I won't be in here on Saturday. (I take weekends off) But I am sure there will be someone here to talk to you.

note: that invitation to Private message me is open. Anytime you want to it is okay. If you do it on Friday or a wekend just know that it might take awhile for me to respond.

Future,

I will pray for you. That God will reveal Himslef a new to you and that He will bring you out of the rut you are in. Also I will pray that God brings a friend to you that you will be able to talk about this to. Also i will pray that you will find a good proffessional counselor that will use Biblical principles to help you through your rut also.

I have found that 99% of the time, when I cannot sleep, and feel apart from God, God is either telling me I need to communicate with Him more, or I need to pray for someone elses needs. Ask the Holy Spirit. He will tell you what you need to do.
And remember - no luck - only your will or God's will.
God bless you.

>>I feel that God has deserted me. I do not feel his prescence, and even the slightest things are getting me down in a very big
way.

Let me reassure you, God has not abandoned you, and is with you every moment of every day. It's most likely that your emotional state is keeping you from enjoying the presesense of God, and your worry is making it that much worse. You are in a catch 22. I've been there.

I strongly urge you to purchase a book called "The Power of Now", but Eckhart Tolle. It's a wonderful book about letting go of your feelings and worries and fears, and will show you how to connect again with God inside yourself. I strongly recommend this book to everyone. I think it will change your life. I would be happy to send you a copy if you'd like, but please do read it.

>>I feel mentally weak. The slightest things are breaking me.

This is the part that's self destructive. The fact you "feel" weak and in dispair is making it hard to see out of darkness. I understand. I've been there too. Stop trying so hard. Know that God loves you, and feel for this inside. When you find it, you will find peace.

>>With my busy life and my future ambitions, I cannot afford this, I HATE htis.

This too is part of what's making this tough. You need to relax and let God. Period. Your relationship with God is *FAR AND AWAY* more important then any ambitions you might have, and you are too busy living in the future rather than the MOMENT. You need to be here now, peacefully.

>> I need to recover BY tommorow, WHAT DO I DO?

How fast can you read that book? :)

Being here now and letting go of your worries about the future.

Matthew 6
24: No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
25: Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26: Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27: Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
28: And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30: Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31: Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32: (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33: But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34: Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
