I had been interested in it at first, until I read in the provided information that you should wear dark pants and bring a spare pair of pants while away from home. I just must not be feeling quite desperate enough to risk something so embarrassing. ;)

As long as you keep your fat count at a reasonable level (I think no more than 15g per meal or something like that), you shouldn’t have the really bad side effects. That said, I see no point in paying as much as they’re asking for this when you can do the same thing for free. All it does is reduce fat absorption by about 30%. My solution, eat 30% less fat…same thing, no cost, no nasty side effects.

If you do decide to take it, you really should consult a physician or a nutritionist for proper diet advice. Also, if you’re taking any other medications, talk to a pharmacist to make sure that there won’t be any harmful interactions.
