Has anyone ever heard of The Miracle Network? I am told they are a network of television stations in the US and India. Covering four of the major cities in India and 6 other Asian countries.

The owner of that network came to our Friday night Healing service with His wife and family. He has invited our pastor to put our weekly program on his network. So they are working out all the details on that. While he was there, they came up for prayer, and also they asked for us to pray for his son for the baptism in the Holy Spirit. It was pretty neat, because I went over to pray for them for a while.

I am excited that God has Godly men out there that are building a network of stations that is sending the gospel out to the whole world. People who are interested in doing more than just makeing money but who really want to serve God.

As happens so much, people approach us wanting to put our program on their network. We have been off the air for a while on some of the major cities here in the US. While were were getting started on stations in other countries. But now we are going to be coving the major cities here in American again. I know a lot of people are going to be happy about that. Because they really missed the program. Thanks, JohnR7

What I think is so neat about this post is the fact this man in his position asked for the prayers of others.  In my opinion when someone we assume has all the answers and wouldn't need our prayers asks for them helps to remind me that we are all in this together and that no one has the corner on the Father's time or love.  That we are one body and we all need each other for the body to be productive.  That just because someone is in the front lines doesn't make him more important than the person in back lines praying for the work.   That is one of the most wonderful things about being a christian...the sense of belonging, knowing that I am His child and a member of the family.  As I travel my own spiritual journy I am learning that the Father has a use and purpose for each of us and we are all important to him.  I know that really isn't what the original post was about...but, it just seemed wonderful to me and I wanted share my awe.

Kathy :)

It is actually sort of amazing just who God does use to do His work. Most people when they are called of God are rather surprised that God is calling them to do a work. It is really God that does the work and He just needs someone willing to be used by Him.

1 Cor. 1:26-29
For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. [27] But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; [28] and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, [29] that no flesh should glory in His presence.

When Gideon, Moses & David were called of God they were surprised by that calling.

Judges 6:15
So he said to Him, "O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house."

Exodus 4:10
And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.

1 Samuel 16:7b For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart."
