M&M's Prayer,Praise,Party and Precious Moments... (4)

I may be the weird one here....I love to read, but go in phases...sometimes reading lots, sometimes not for months.
But, I almost always, with the exception of a good thriller, read non-fiction. Also biographies, self-help, and relationship/marriage titles.

I just feel like I am doing something constructive, and I am fascinated with people and what makes them tick.

I am reading a teaching book by James Goll..."The Lost Art of Practicing His Presence"...wow. That is good, but alot of meat in it. Speaks to where I am right now. I am also reading a Christian fiction...Blink by Ted Dekker. Good. The Bible of course. PLUS I am doing the Beth Moore Bible study on David. SO, I am busy!

Hate to ask,
Wish I was just getting better.
Whatever is wrong with my tummy, they cannot find it.
It is still going on and the results all came back normal.
They are sending me to a gastroenterologist.
I am scared.

Just thought I'd drop in and thank you all for praying for me and my family as we were in court Wednesday. We go back to court in december for our petition. Please pray for us as we go on this journey. May God be merciful to us. Our attorney stinks!

Thinking of trading in the hemorrhoid...thought I'd have more use for a horse! But its actually something we are looking at for my daughter...its the only thing she hasn't grown tired of. I don't know how in the world I will be able to afford it but I'm gonna see what I can do. And sweetie, I really appreciate those prayers, YOU are a BLESSING!!!

Still holding you up in prayer sweetie. Can't you get another attorney? If this one isn't doing his/her job I would fire him/her and find someone else.

I am SO incredibly upset and sad and I don't even know what right now. It is 2:30 Sunday morning...I feel like a stupid old fool. I have been played and messed with by a ungrateful 17 year old brat. He is gone as of tomorrow. I am SO sad right now..I could cry my eyes out if I could find the tears. I just can't believe what this kid has done. I am just beyond words. I really am....my heart is literally broken.

Oh hon I know how trying kids can be. You did the best your could with this boy. You opened your heart and your home to him and he doesn't seem to appreciate it. You can't let him get by with behaviour that your own kids wouldn't be allowed to display. If he won't follow your rules then you have every right to have him leave. Home should be a sactuary not a place of chaos. You don't have anything to feel guilty about.

well, ladies. It just got better as the night went on. WE got home from the hospital (hubby and I) cause the kid tried suicide!! YEP! He leaves me a note..brings it to me...and goes to his room. Mind you it was superficial..but we called 911 and we were at the hospital till 6. We are exhausted..and I am beyond angry, hurt...sad, heartbroken...I am just beside myself. I don't even know what to think or do. Just devestated....

I will give you a call later Mar. We are headed out to church. Try and celebrate Father's day. Hubby is so beside himself too. He feels bad and guilty. I know we don't have anything to feel bad for...but...we do.
